The new (built in 2011 & 2014), modern and luxurious apartments swissmountainview. ch and swiss lake view. ch are situated in a quiet and panoramic location on the sunny terrace of the Bernese Oberland (at 1250 m above sea level - in the autumn / winter usually above the fog). www. swissmountainview. ch and www. swiss lake view. ch is absolutely idyllic, situated on the edge of the village and yet it is by car or postal car in 10 minutes. situated in the famous resort of Interlaken, with all its souvenir shops, malls and fine restaurants.

Of the two flats and a balcony or terrace you can enjoy panoramic views over the turquoise waters of Lake Thun and the Niesen (Pyramid of the Bernese Oberland, 2362 m) to the nearby low-Horn (1963 m).

This luxury non-smoking apartments are ideal for couples and seniors who appreciate the tranquility and the comfortable facilities of the apartment and the many hiking trails right outside the front door. Adults only. Children under 13 are not allowed.

You will be enchanted in your dream vacation from the fresh mountain air of the Bernese Oberland.

Luxury arrangement in apartment and balcony / terrace: We want you during your stay will not miss anything and you can enjoy to the fullest!

The apartments are only rented to Non smoking (2 - max. 4 persons) and are very modern with all comforts. The luxurious kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob, a Combi baking / microwave oven, a large convection oven and a dishwasher. There is also a capsule espresso machine (for latte macchiato), toaster, blender, kettle, milk frother, but of course a fondue and raclette set. You also can use a vacuum cleaner and a shared washing machine and dryer.

These highlights are also part of the apartment: Hispeed Internet usage (wlan; included), 2 large flat screen televisions (living room / bedroom), x-box 360 and 1 radio and 1 stereo with iPod / iPhone docking stations, a DVD player with hard disk, large closets and dressers.

New rattan furniture and an electric grill make the holiday feeling on the flower-decked balcony perfect!

The apartment is located on the sunny terrace of the Bernese Oberland.

From Interlaken you can reach in 10 minutes on the high plateau. Here, you'll all year round wonderful hiking opportunities, be it on the 1900 m high low horn, which is easily accessible via gondola from Beatenberg or on the Waldegg itself, which in winter has well-groomed trails.

Skiing is possible in the low horn as well as in Howald. Particularly impressive here is the view from the slopes down to Lake Thun and the surrounding snowy peaks. There is also a well-groomed cross-country ski trail. After only 30 minutes by car to reach the other known, major ski resorts in Grindelwald and Murren.

In summer, the clear waters of Lake Thun for a swim. Let the scenic landscape of the Bernese Oberland with a fine dining during a relaxing boat ride to go by (Thun and Brienz).

Surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery ... ... and yet centrally located and easily accessible by car, because the apartment is just 10 km from the motorway exit Interlaken West.

In 10 minutes you are in Interlaken; 30 minutes in Grindelwald, Murren, Thun and Brienz; in 1 hour in Lucerne and Bern and in about 2 hours in Zurich and Lake Geneva.

Also by public transport, the apartment is easy to reach. From Interlaken train station runs every hour a post bus up to the Beatenberg. From the stop Waldegg to reach the apartment comfortably after 5 minutes walk on the flat residential area.

Best vacation rental

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss lake view. When we travel, our accommodation of choice is always a vacation rental. We have stayed in a lot of places and on this trip along in four different locations due to the duration of our stay and the logistics of the trip. This is by far one of the best, if not the BEST place we have ever stayed. The views are magical, the place is IMMACULATE and Franziska is the perfect hostess. This place felt like HOME!! We arrived to a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and a mount of chocolate. What could be better than that? Franziska had given us perfect detail directions/instructions on location, electronic use, restaurants, hikes...you name it. We actually felt that we were going to a family members home and were not disappointed. WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this place and plan to go back in the near future. Thank you Franziska for this memorable experience and hope to be back soon God willing.

Amazing!

This property was wonderful. Franziska was very nice and helpful, providing many suggestions of what to in the area and very responsive regarding any questions we had about the property. The apartment was very clean and nice, with stunning views of the beautiful Swiss Alps. We hope to come back again! It was our favourite property of a 20 day vacation.

Magnifique !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine au swisslakeview. C'est un magnifique appartement meublé avec beaucoup de goût et où rien ne manque. (Lave-linge, sèche-linge et même 2 vélos à disposition). Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien et comme à la maison.

La vue sur le lac est très belle et très changeante selon les heures de la journée.

L'endroit est très calme tout en étant à proximité d'Interlaken.

Il y a de nombreuses possibilités de visites, randonnées.....

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet endroit et espérons y revenir bientôt.

Hervorragende Ausstattung und Ausblick

Die Angaben bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung trafen soll zu. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Wir wurden am Ankunftstag sehr freundlich vom Vermieter begrüßt und erhielten neben der Einweisung in die Wohnung zahlreiche Tipps zu Ausflugs- bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten, wie den reichlichen Begrüßungskorb mit frischem Obst (der uns die ganze Woche gereicht hat) sowie die leckere Schweizer Schokolade! Ich werde dieses Feriendomizil meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen und voraussichtlich nächstes Jahr wieder einen Urlaub mit der Familie dort verbringen. Die Lage eignet sich vorzüglich als Ausgangspunkt für Bergwanderungen mit Blick auf Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau sowie für Bootsfahren auf dem Thuner- bzw. Brienzer See. Aufgrund der hervorragend ausgestatteten Köche haben wir selbst gekocht und können keine Restaurantempfehlungen geben.

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre elegante und großzügige Aufteilung und Möblierung mit sehr gutem Raumklima und wohltuender Ruhe! Die Ausstattung ist bis ins Detail perfekt, die Lage über dem Thuner See und der Blick in die Bergwelt lassen das Herz höher schlagen - Urlaub vom Allerfeinsten! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Traumhafte Luxuswohnung!!!

Von Beginn an fühlt man sich in dieser Wohnung wohl, die ausgesprochen nette Gastfreundschaft, der atemberaubende Ausblick und die top ausgestattete Wohnung beeindrucken sehr, es fehlt einem an gar nichts!

Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig und landschaftlich herrlich, wobei es in 200m Entfernung auch gleich ein Lädli gibt.

In kurzer Zeit erreicht man die unglaubliche Bergregion mit Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau.

Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Smoking is not allowed inside the property as a whole, whether in the home, even on the balcony or terrace.

The resort is located in a quiet, unobstructed hillside on the outskirts of the village in the upper ground floor (swissmountainview. Ch), and in the first Upstairs (swiss lake view ch.) Of a 6-family house on the sunny side of the Beat's (Waldegg); just 10 minutes above Interlaken, Grindelwald and 30 minutes from Thun.

Through the Southwest location the apartments are ideal sunshine all day long, until sunset behind the mountains opposite (Niesen chain or low-horn).

They are particularly suitable for couples (with older children) and senior citizens who appreciate the tranquility, the modern, comfortable facilities of the apartment and the countless hiking trails of the Bernese Oberland. Both home are not suitable for children under 10 years.

Enjoy the wonderful hiking trails and fresh mountain air in any season in the immediate vicinity. Big ski resorts of the Bernese Oberland (Grindelwald, Murren) can be reached in about 30 minutes. Numerous excursions and shopping offers Interlaken.
