The kitchen is fully equipped.

A well balanced temperature in the apartment let you feel well anytime: the floor-heating under the wooden parquet in the cold season, or cooling joulies on hot summer days.

Public Transport and Roads: Generally speaking: inner district/Ring/Schwedenplatz is reachable within:

The nearest Underground Station ('Heiligenstadt') can be reached by bus within 7 minutes. From there direct lines can bring you quickly e.g. to the center/ring, Schönbrunn or Landstraße (city-airport-train) and any other destination.

Visitors traveling by car will find optimal access to highways (A22 to Prag, Graz, Airport...) and fast streets leading directly to Vienna's inner districts. Some of the destinations that are reachable in very short time are Shoppingcenter Q19, Millenium City, Exhibition Center, Prater or Schwedenplatz.

Mit 6 Personen haben wir 8 Tage in dieser schönen großzügigen Wohnung verbracht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten von dort aus sehr gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, gleichzeitig aber auch den Dorfcharakter und die Nähe zu Weinbergen und Kahlenberg/Leopoldsberg genießen. Der Blick auf die Donau von einem Balkon und der Blick auf die Weinfelder vom anderen Balkon ist besonders schön. In der Nähe gibt es ein gutes Restaurant mit schönem Terrassenplatz. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Adresse guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

La casa è a 3 minuti di auto dalla metro, che in 10 minuti collega al centro di Vienna.

Ha 2 camere e un soggiorno. Abbiamo pernottato in 6 comodamente. Tutto nuovo e in ottimo stato. Cucina ampia e spaziosa, quartiere tranquillissimo. Parcheggio a pochi metri. Il proprietario è fantastico. Stra consigliata a tutti!

Top-Apartment mit Blick auf Donau und Weinberg

Top ausgestattetes, komplett neu saniertes Appartment, sehr geräumig. Auf der einen Seite begeistert der Ausblick auf die Weinberge, auf der anderen Seite ist man mit dem Auto Dank sehr guter Verkehsanbindung in wenigen Minuten direkt im ersten Wiener Gemeindebezirk/Zentrum. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch den sehr guten Service durch den Eigentümer.
