Villa with communal pool - Ideal for golfers or family holidays

A very comfortable 'home from home' property offering a great base for families or couples alike - 3 bed but with discounts for only using the 2 bed option. The main part of the property (ground floor) features lounge/dining room with air con, English TV and stereo - open plan kitchen is fully equipped for holiday catering. Double bedroom & twin bedroom both have ceiling fans and are located either side of bathroom. Whilst the 3rd bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom and air con is accessed via roof solarium.

Outdoor areas are child-safe as both front and rear patios are fully enclosed & gated. Both front & rear patios have table+chairs, as well as expandable awning for those requiring shade when necessary to the front of the property. The private roof solarium has sun loungers and an absolute sun trap - just as well the communal pool is located literally to the rear of the property.

Property is alarmed, double glazed & parking is roadside to the front of the property.

Villamartin Plaza: Just 10 min walk from the property you find the Villamartin Plaza & Golf course. Take time over a drink whilst the local parakeets nesting in the palm trees will keep you entertained! Plus supermarket, bars & restaurants, banks,a local taxis etc & bus to beach (peak season only) covers most people´s requirements.

Approx. 15-20 min walk from property also provides you with further choice at nearby Los Dolses commercial center.

Beaches: Nearby golden bay of La Zenia is just 5-7 min in the car. However, this is the 'white coast' and hence there are further beaches right along this coastline offering a wide choice whether you prefer - long stretches of sand, smaller bays/coves or rock pools etc. Peak season (only) also finds large inflatable rides anchored at sea just 15 min further south.

Golf: 3 golf courses can be found within a 5 min drive from the property, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The fantastic La Finca is just a 20 min drive. - not forgetting of course the nearby La Manga complex (30min by car).

Golf: Three championship golf courses on your doorstep, and many more in the vicinity. Perfect golfing weather year around in the warm Mediterranean sun. ** Villa Martin Golf Course : 10 minutes walk away and has hosted the Volvo Masters Championships. 18 holes par 72 & Driving Range Club de Golf Villa Martin** Campoamor and Las Ramblas: Both courses are a 5 minute drive from the Villa and offer 18 holes par 72 & Driving Range (Campoamor) Real Club de Golf Campoamor.

The new La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall is now open and approximately 5 minutes by car, it has over 150 shops & restaurants.

A great return

We have stayed at this property before and had a great holiday. We are a family of 5, 2 adults with 3 children ranging from 2-14. I rebooked for this year and again had a wonderful time. The house was lovely, clean and tidy. Pool is a fantastic location to this property and was so easy with our 2 youngest children and very safe too.

During our 2 weeks, we visited the beach at La Zenia which was gorgeous and the children thoroughly enjoyed the waves, this beach doesn't have a hugely varying tide so this was great and it is shallow for a long way too. We visited the AquaPolis waterpark twice which was only 20 minutes away and had 2 wonderful days. Visited Villa Martin Square every evening for our dinner where you are spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars to suit all budgets.

As much as we don't often go back to the same place more than once we will definitely be going back to this property.

Excellent Family Accommodation

First class family accommodation, property exactly as described. The property was clean, spacious, tidy & extremely secure for young children and teenagers alike.

The composition of the property allowed us as adults to have adult time without compromising family time.

The property has 2 large pools one of which is located directly outside of the rear entrance allowing you to supervise any children in the pool whilst still being in the property.

The property is perfectly located within a short walking distance to many bars and restaurants at The Villa Martin Square where you will find a wide variety of menu's to suit any taste. There are also many lovely beaches just a short drive away many of which host water sports. Also for a fun day out there is the Aquapolis Water Park which is only a 20 minute drive away.

For any shopaholics there is the brand new La 2enia Boulevard only 10 minutes up the road this is Spain's equivalent to Britain's Bluewater or Lakeside shopping centre.

This is the fourth occasion we have booked this property and will definitely be going back again!

Great property, great location

Both my wife and I had retired this year, so we decided to treat ourselves to a special 3 week holiday. We were delighted with the property, it offered everything for a home from home holiday. The area is great, with a wide choice of clean and safe beaches. There are also many places of interest to is visit. The villamartin square, which is under 10 minutes walk away, is very pleasant, offering a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes. We will certainly return some time in the future, and would recommend to friends and family.

The area offers someting for every age with lovely sandy beaches only 5 minutes drive, lots of superb restaurants withing walking distance and now with the new "la Zenia Boulevard" shopping centre a few minutes drive away everything you want is on your doorstep! If you are not a beach person then the communal pool is directly out of the back door so you do not even have to walk far for a lovely dip and fortunately is usually very quiet. Hope to see you both again soon and perhaps your friend and family too.

Great accomodation and location

The property was very well equiped, clean and spacious. An ideal location with good selection of restaurants and bars under 10 minuets walk away. Several good beaches which the children loved. We would certainly consider returning next year and would recommend to friends and family.

The description for this property was totally accurate. The property was immaculate, clean and well maintained. We would recommend this property to both families and couples. There is a wide range of nearby restaurants and bars catering for all. There are plenty of lovely beaches nearby and although we don't play golf, we noticed several golf courses within a very short distance. We will definitely go back.

Situated on the Bahia Golf Complex - 10 min walk from Villamartin Plaza. Villamartin itself lies 10 min south of Torrevieja - within South Costa Blanca. This area is extremely popular with British and North European families due to the climate, choice of beaches (many Blue Flag) and abundance of places to eat & drink. For those wishing to explore further afield this region of Spain - a good coastal road as well as motorway makes traveling around to local towns and cities (Alicante, Orihuela, Cartagena & Murcia) very easy. Costa Blanca´s neighbor 'Mar Menor' is just 15 min further south.

This property is situated within a few minutes to Villamartin golf course and10 minutes to 2 further Championship Golf Courses, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, so is ideally situated for golfing holidays or beach holidays as the nearest beaches are also only a few minutes drive away.

The new La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall is now open and approximately 5 minutes by car, it has over 150 shops & restaurants.

Rental rates include: linen/towels (not beach towels).
Departure clean & Laundry €50 (€60 for 3 bedroom option) (on arrival).
€15 additional check in fee due if arriving by bus from Alicante - Torrevieja.
A breakages deposit is not required but on the understanding that any breakages are paid for or replaced by renter.
Renters must have their own liability insurance it is not the responsibility of the owner.

25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure the dates, this must be paid in 3 working days from day of inquiry. The final payment of 75% is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
Guests should make sure that they have adequate health and liability insurance for their stay it is not the responsibility of the owner.

This is an exceptionally high standard property, in which you would have all the comforts of your own home whilst being on holiday. There is hot and cold air conditioning downstairs as well as up stairs in the third bedroom at no additional cost!.
