It is located in a quiet, central traffic-free zone, to a small stream, a 5-minute walk from Quedlinburg's historic marketplace removes the 'Apartments / Rental Stobenstraße ".

A single monument, erected in 1686 "The oldest originally preserved half-timbered building in the Stobenstraße" which "Named after the" Stube "(bathhouse) at its north end. "

In "ATTIC" of 2001 restored baroque building our 62m² large holiday apartment with a 25m² roof terrace.

In January 2016 and newly renovated very cozy and lovingly furnished apartment with a separate bedroom and a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Here you will find a pull out couch, flat screen TV, and a music compact system. The spacious bathroom has a shower, hand and bath towels are included. In our fully equipped kitchen you will find all the necessary self-catering utensils.

Our apartment in the "FLOOR" 42m², has a separate large kitchen, here you can enjoy the view of the garden and an open-plan sleeping and living area. The bathroom has a bath with shower, hand and bath towels are inclusive. You have a very beautiful garden terrace in our idyllic garden.

A supermarket is located nearby.

A private parking space can be rented for a fee of 3.50 € / day. All children under 4 years stay nothing. Cot on request one-time 15, - €.

For each older child and other persons we charge 10, - € per night. Dogs only on request in the ground-floor flat 5, - € / night.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all living units.

For disabled people only apartment on the ground is recommended, but not suitable for wheelchair users.

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Stadt

Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung, es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Lage am Rande der Innenstadt (ca. 500 m bis zum Markt) ist für einen Aufenthalt in Quedlinburg sehr gut, weil alles zu Fuß erreicht werden kann.

Unser Aufenthalt im Juni 2015 in Quedlinburg

Wir haben uns in der FEWO im Erdgeschoss sehr wohl gefühlt. Die FEWO war sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefüllt. Wir können die FEWO - auch wegen der zentralen ruhigen Lage - auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Immer wieder diese Ferienwohnung

Ich war eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung.Alle Angaben der Internetseite stimmten, ich wurde sehr lieb begrüßt, alles wurde mir gezeigt. All meine Fragen konnte ich immer Stellen und zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Mein Auto nur 2 min Entfernung Parken und sicher Parken. Ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause.

Kann die Ferienwohnung nur voll weiterempfehlen. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Betreuung duch Familie Lünse. Bitte machen Sie weiter so.

Einfach Klasse

Tolle Wohnung in super zentraler Lage!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung aus einer Mischung von antiken und neuen Möbeln. Wir haben uns hier sofort wohl gefühlt... Sogar eine Gartennutzung gehörte dazu.

In nur ca 2 min ist man mitten in der Altstadt.

Auch die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf jedenfall einen Besuch wert!

Trotz der zentralen Lage kann man in der Nähe parken! Zum be- und entladen kann man bis vor die Haustür fahren.

Wir empfehlen die Wohnung 100% weiter!
