Magical place to relax

  • 5 of 5

The houses are located in a picturesque environment just as beautiful as you can imagine a place to be. The location offers everything that is needed to escape the everyday hassle and relax to the fullest. You can take long walks, swim in the pool, explore the pretty villages, or (as I personally highly recommend) bring your yogamat and do yoga out- and indoors.

This is THE PLACE to reconnect to inner peace and spend quality time with your beloved ones, while enjoying breathtaking sunsets!

The place is suited for couples, families, groups of friends or collegues. You will find everything you need in the houses (plus they are remarkably nicely done up) and have the most lovely and helpful hosts ever.

Such an enjoyable getaway, a hidden treasure in all that is Provence.

The stone cottage is a pleasure to stay in; immaculate and well maintained, with generous furnishing and amenities. The pool is a definite draw card- perfect for cooling off during the warm Provence summer or lounging next to with a good book.

The property itself is set back off the road allowing for privacy as well as peace and quiet, but is located within walking distance to Saignon- convenient for picking up breakfast pastries! The surrounding countryside is gorgeous, allowing for bike rides on slow roads, ambling walks and beautiful vistas.

For people looking for a tranquil getaway or a quiet base for trips to the surrounding area, I cannot recommend this property enough. The wonderful hosts compliment the charming character, my stay was absolutely lovely and I look forward to visiting again.

Little Paradise

  • 5 of 5

I could not imagine a better place to spend my holidays. I came here to relax and to spend some calm days away from the stress of living in a big city.

The beautiful house with the lovely garden, the stunning view on lavender fields and the mountains, the refreshing pool and not to forget the very likeable owners Miriam and Jürgen made my stay unforgettable.

I wish to come back as soon as possible and highly recommend this place to everybody who wants to feel the incomparable spirit of Provence!

Peaceful... beautiful... paradise!

  • 5 of 5

These cottages epitomise everything that you think about Provence- rolling lavender fields, quaint old stone buildings and friendly locals. The cottages themselves are impeccably maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. A perfect day might start with a stroll down to the local town to buy some fresh croissants, a scenic bicycle ride followed by a relax in the beautiful swimming pool.. head to explore one of the many fantastic local restaurants for lunch and then watch the sunset over the lavender fields with a delicious glass of wine in hand. The location of the cottages means it is wonderfully peaceful but with everything you could need within easy reach. The owners were fantastic hosts and extremely helpful in helping to arrange excursions- including one to a beautiful piano concert as part of the Piano Festival. I can not recommend this place enough- absolutely beautiful getaway!

Simply wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at this house many times and just love it!! Once you arrive, you just feel so relaxed and happy and do not even want to move much as the house and lavender fields are simply beautiful.

The last time I went to the Claparedes was in October last year. It was still sunny and the golden lights over the mountains were purely magical. On our long walks to the nearby villages, there were no more tourists, so it felt like we had this little paradise to ourselves.

As you can tell, I am really fond of both the place, the helpful owners and lovely Joelle who was always there when we had a question.

I have already booked for next year and really can hardly think of a more perfect place to spend my holidays.

Traumhaus in der Provence

  • 5 of 5

The Luberon, in the heart of Provence, offers many attractions nearby.

The picturesque medieval villages were lovingly described in the books of Peter Mayle.

Places like Bonnieux, Menerbes and Gordes are simply magical.

The ocher cliffs of Roussillon are world famous and offer an incredible color experience.

In less than an hour away from Avignon or Aix-en-Provence.

Trips to the sea, to Marseille, Arles, the Camargue are recommended.

Many of our guests take advantage of the proximity to Mont Ventoux mountain biking.

Market fans get their money's worth. The colorful Provencal markets are held each weekday.

Climbers find interesting walls in the Luberon.

The Luberon mountains are ideal for mountain biking. But all the other cyclists will find a paradise here.

Countless restaurants invite you to discover the Provencal cuisine at its best.

The beauty of the landscape will enchant you
