Step through the front door and the fresh colours tell you that this guy delights in design. Enter the large living room with an open plan kitchen, where the four-seater sofa and the amazing Rockstar-armchairs and huge TV show you that this room is all about entertainment. The kitchen, meanwhile, is big and super-sociable – a cook’s paradise. This conviviality extends to the terrace, where in summer the wooden table can play host to dinners.

Later, when fatigue hits, head to the bedrooms, with its king size beds. Besides the en-suite bathroom to the Master bedroom here’s also a bathroom with bathtub, shower sink and toilette. A second toilette makes it easy for groups up to six.

Do not waste your time

We booked this apartment in May 2016 with the appropriate deposit, followed this up with the final payment as requested, 3 days before the trip we received an email cancelling the reservation leaving no time to book an alternative.

There was no credible explanation provided as to why!

Please do not waste your time with this apartment.

The worst rental experience of my life

The day before our arrival in London, received an email from Melanie explaining the apartment had been trashed by previous renters -- damage, smoke, etc. She offered another rental that she said was better and close by. Where this apartment was on the seventh floor, the other place was walk-up, which for our family was awful (heavy bags, etc.). It is above an Indian restaurant, so the apartment smelled like curry. The WiFi is spotty/doesn’t work. A fuse blew and the lights didn’t work. Then no hot water for our final 36 hours three.

A comedy of errors, but to be clear, I think Melanie tried to help as best she could. But I don’t know her or her company or the owner, and who knows what really happened with this original apartment. But instead of just refunding our money, she compounded the problem and our vacation was really impacted. What I wanted this review to convey was that I don’t think you can trust this listing or the owner. They advertise one thing, and then do another. Beware.

We enjoyed to Live our dream!

We had a fantastic host with always the best communication before, during and after our stay to ensure that we felt comfortable. We had his guest manager meeting at the flat and she gave us a tour of the place. She made sure that we didn't have any questions and asked we contact her if we needed anything. The apartment is as described and pictured. Very clean and very central to many of the sites and areas (Soho, Covent Garden, Oxford St, London Eye, Theater District, China Town, etc.). We saw a couple of entrances to the underground Tottenham Court Road, but never needed to get on. The furthest point we walked the entire trip was 1.2 miles to Southbank. Everything else was closer. Extremely convenient and plenty of room for a family of six. Each bedroom and the living room have televisions with apple TV. The living room includes both cable and apple TV. The apartment was very comfortable and became our dream home ... hopefully we will be the owner of such a lovely home in London one time. We would certainly come back and stay here.

Fantastic APARTMENT at Piccadilly

me and my friends stayed in the apartment for a weekend in January. Everything was just perfect: unbeatable location, a beautiful (white, fresh clean) and well equipped apartment and super friendly staff. Soho and Covent Garden are an absolute must, ambling along and people watching is reward enough for a feel good day. We highly recommend the apartment and hope to get the chance for anotther reservation in summer,

We will never forget this great time we had in London. I stayed in the apartment with friends of mine. Everything was just perfect and unforgettable. The apartment was extremely beautiful and well equipped, the staff were very kind and the area was perfect. After we visited Oxford Street we were looking for special restaurants we later found round the corner in Covent Garden. You can never believe you are in the middle of London here. Soho and Covent Gardens are an absolute must especially in early summer, just the performances are exciting and gives you a real idea of London Culture. Just ambling along and people watching is reward enough for a feel good day. We highly recommend both the apartment and the area.

Good place for us!

Excited family with this amazing place. We took the tube from Heathrow straight to Tottenham Court Road (less than hour ride), The door to the flat is about 30 seconds away. Managers were very friendly and accommodating. Flat is spacious, ideal for a family of 6 to 8 or two couples. Three nice size bedrooms with large closets. impeccable clean wake in shower and tub to soak in. Large living room. Super convenient for the west end. We could not have found a nicer place.

One issue - the staircase is not a brand new one and does not look so inviting. Anyway there is a lift.... but I was informed that staircases mean nothing to the owners. Well definitely worth it, given the location and quality of space.
