Accurate description, charming SUPER CLEAN cottage, delightful and gracious hosts
Sweet apartment in Amish country
We had a great stay with Tiffany when we came to Lancaster to do the Covered Bridge Classic Century Ride. It’s several miles from Lancaster but was an easy drive to go to dinner and get to the start of the ride. The apartment is neat and tidy and has sweet little touches. Tiffany was quick to respond to all of our questions. I would definitely stay again!
Just perfect! Wonderful little place, everything provided, good communication with owner....very pleased! Just wish we could have stayed longer😊
Very cute and conveniently located to attractions yet still quiet
We stayed at the cottage for a weekend getaway while we visited Dutch Wonderland. The property was gorgeous and the apartment was set up and decorated so cute and was perfect for our needs. As described there is only a partial kitchen (microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge) but only a short drive to a handful of restaurants. Tiffany and her husband were very responsive when we reached out to them for anything. We really enjoyed our stay here!
The only downside (and reason why we did not give 5 stars) was the initial description of the fees to stay here. The listing states that the apartment sleeps 8 people however after booking we got a charge for additional guests. When asked She promptly responded to explain that any number of people after 4 guests would incur the $15/additional guest charge, per night, which was not specified in the apartment listing. Other than that I would highly recommend this adorable place if you are looking for a cozy apartment to stay on a trip to Lancaster!
Our family of 6 enjoyed our 3 day stay in this well equipped and comfortable apartment. We appreciated having the fold out table for quick meals as we took in many of the sights the Lancaster area has to offer.
Great place for a trip to Lancaster
The cottage was extremely well prepared and was perfect for our weekend in the Lancaster area. The place was very easy to check into and is very comfortable.
Lancaster is full of events and attractions.
We are nearby good restaurants such as Gracies on West Main, Hayloft Ice Cream, New Holland Coffee Co, Shady Maple Smorgasbord, Yoders Buffet, and more.
Leola Community Park is 1.5 miles from us and provides a large playground, an outdoor basketball court, three pools, baseball diamond, tennis courts, a large pavilion with lavatory facilities, individual picnic areas, and a 1515 foot long exercise trail.
We are located 20 minutes from the center of Lancaster City.
You may enjoy buying locally sourced meat, cheese, etc. from Lancaster Central Market, the oldest, continuously running public farmers’ market in the country, open 3 days a week.
Or pick up fresh produce from one of many roadside stands.
You definitely want to see a show at the Sight and Sound Theatre where "the Bible comes to life on stage."
