About Suzanne Scott
We're a young married couple living in Charlottetown, PEI. We love to travel and rely on vacation rentals everywhere we go. We're here to make your trip as enjoyable as many others have made ours. Before you arrive or while you're here, no request is too big or too small, so please don't hesitate to ask. We look forward to meeting you.
Suzanne Scott purchased this Apartment in 2014
Why Suzanne Scott chose Queens Square
Built in 1905, this is a designated historic property on Prince Edward Island. The house has been passed down through Suzanne's family. Her grandparents lived in it from the late 60's until 2009. Suzanne moved into the house in 2010 and after getting married in 2013, Joey and Suzanne purchased the house and renovated the 3rd floor into a fully furnished loft apartment. There is a separate stairway entrance to the loft. It's a climb to get up but once you're there it's like your own private treehouse! Suzanne's pottery studio is in the backyard so you're welcome to see what she's creating while visiting Fitz Loft.
What makes this Apartment unique
This loft apartment is newly renovated with all new appliances and amenities. The historic nature of the building has been retained with the exposed cedar walls and brick wall. There is a balcony patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while watching the sunset. The house is on a quiet block of downtown Charlottetown. Within 3-5 minute walk you will be in the downtown core where there's a great selection of restaurants, theatre and shops. We would love to offer recommendations of places to go and things to do, don't hesitate to ask! - Suzanne and Joey Seaman

Great place, great location!
The location is so central to everything in Charlottetown. Close to the waterfront and my dog enjoyed our waterfront walks very much! It was a very comfortable stay and the loft is very nice.
Spacious, stylish, comfortable and perfectly located. Great details that made our stay so lovely. Great place!
This is a wonderfully restored attic loft central to so much in Charlottetown. I especially enjoyed walking my dog along the boardwalk by the bay. Place is equipped with everything you may need.
Centrally located, comfy and clean with basic amenities and great hosts.
My husband, dog and I stayed for 10 days in this comfy and clean loft in the heart of Charlottetown. It was minutes to Downtown shopping, restaurants and theater as well as near Victoria Park and the boardwalk that follows the water. The apartment had all the basic kitchen amenities, extra towels and sheets and the washer/dryer was helpful for longer stays. Suzanne was a warm, helpful hostess and gave us a couple sample beers from her husband's Upstreet Brewing Company as a welcome gift to try. She touched base mid way to see if we needed any additional supplies or cleaning. It was a bonus to have her handmade pottery to drink our coffee every morning and we suggest you check out Village Pottery so you can take one home with you. We hope to come back next year and would recommend the loft to others! - Noelle
