We are located in the Lakefront section of the beautiful Seascape Golf and Tennis Resort right across from the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Grill.
The screened in patio of our condo overlooks Stewart Lake and the entrance is directly in front of one of five swimming pools. It is less than a two minute walk to Seascape's 2000 feet of glorious white sand and the most beautiful water you have ever seen. Enjoy a cocktail or a wonderful meal while sitting on the deck at the Whales Tail or play a challenging round of golf at Seascape's 18 hole - par 71 golf course. Tired of all this relaxation? Go shopping at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall less than one mile east.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a private entrance into the hall bathroom. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit. The swing, fan, and patio furniture are yours to enjoy for a relaxing evening. Ours is a ground floor unit with parking right outside the front door and easy access to the yard and lake. If you enjoy walking, you will love taking a stroll around the beautiful grounds surrounding the villas and golf course.
This is a wonderful place for children. Lot's of things to do. Bring your bike, skates, skooter, fishing pole, sand bucket, etc.
I am an almost retired school teacher looking forward to the day when my husband and I can spend lots of time in Destin. It is our favorite place to be. My husband says that my sister and I 'can do beach' better than anyone he knows.
I have recently been blessed with a wonderful little granddaughter. I plan on spending every chance I can get playing with her and watching her grow up on the beach just as my children did.
For years, my sister and I talked about and decorated our imaginary condo. When we bought the condo, my husband said that he would leave this earth a happy man knowing that he was the one to make my dream come true. You can't get any better than that.
This place isn't just a rental condo. It is our home. I have been blessed with great renters who have really helped us to take care of everything. Most of our renters now end up coming back year after year. I guess that says it all.

We have been staying at Seascape since 1989. Every year our family vacation was spent here. We loved everything about this resort - it is such a great place for kids. When the children were grown and out on their own, we started looking for a place to buy. Seascape was the only place we wanted to be. Being a 5 1/2 hours drive from home means that I can go whenever I get a chance.
Destin has the most beautiful beaches of anywhere I have ever been. The water is unbelievable.
There is a great golf course, several tennis courts, five swimming pools, and fishing in the lake. The Whale's Tail bar and grill is just across the parking lot. Their food is great and the view can't be beat. The beach is so close that you can walk back and forth to the condo with no problem at all. I love sitting out on the back patio in the swing watching the golfers as they hit their balls in the lake. Mostly, I just love being there because it is so relaxing.
My family and I have just returned from our 3rd stay in Angie's condo. We loved it as usual. The condo is large and spacious and very well supplied. Angie is always so nice and helpful with any and all questions. We would not stay any other place in San Destin. The condo is so convenient to the beach and the delicious Whales Tale restaurant, which was a recommendation from Angie. Already looking forward to next summer!
My family of 4 have stayed at this condo on several occasions. It's our go-to place! We love Destin and the first time we rented from Angie we fell in love! The condo is absolutely perfect and great for a family vacation. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the view out the screened patio is the perfect place to start and end your day! When we begin thinking of our family vacation, I will always check with Angie to find the availability for this unit before we book our trip. It's like no other!!
Well, just read the other posts and you will get the idea. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Angie was great to work with and very responsive. We are snowbirds from WI. and we travel to different places every year. If we come back to Destin, I would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. As mentioned in the other posts, the location is perfect, the beds are comfortable, well stocked, good view, clean and reasonably priced. What else could you ask for??
My husband and i with our 3 kiddos (12yr old daughter, 7yr old son and our 5yr old daughter) stayed here and It is the BEST HOME I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! Location is perdect 2-5 minute walk from the house to the beach(which is white beautiful sugar sandy beaches,with aqua blues and green ocean)...shops pretty close to home...
Inside of house is very very home feeling....u have so much fun during the day that when its time to just come home all u wanna do is cook, shower, then sleep and start your morning off again with full of sunshine a back porch swing and a cup of coffee in ur hand and a beautiful lake to look at...who could ask for more!!!! .It is such a peaceful dreamy place to stay!!

My family has vacationed in Destin since 2000, and we have stayed in many rentals there. We have come to love the Seascape area, by far, more than any other location! I personally think that the Seascape community offers the most of what you would expect while on vacation. There is golf for the golf lover, bicycle rentals for those wanting to exercise and enjoy the scenery along Scenic 98, and a beach tram that will drop you off right at the entrance to the Whales Tail restaurant. There are numerous pools within Seascape and one of them is located directly across the driveway from the front door of this condo.....literally 20 steps. This unit has everything ! The kitchen is super stocked with all that you would need to cook and serve a family meal .....lots of pots, pans , cooking utensils, etc. The master bedroom is over-sized with a very comfortable king sized bed, and also has a reading "nook" which is nice if you prefer to kick back with a good book. There are comfortable twin beds in the second bedroom, and a bathroom adjoining bedroom and hallway, which is nice and keeps the kiddos or other guests away from the master bath. The back of the condo overlooks Stewart Lake and it's nice to relax on the back porch swing and watch the ducks. The walk to the beach from the condo is less than 5 minutes and you can stop at the Whales Tail along the way...the food is really good....also enjoy a beautiful sunset sitting on the outdoor deck there while sipping a drink. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting an enjoyable beach getaway with activities available. The Silver Sands outlet mall is nearby, as well as many other shopping centers, movie theaters, and restaurants. There are small coffee shops and also wine tasting venues close by. This condo is just perfect and did not disappoint..... I had absolutely no complaints and would love to stay there again. The owner is especially nice and very easy to contact , and is prompt in returning phone calls. It is obvious they care about maintaining the highest standards in this condo.
This condo was perfect for our weeklong beach vacation. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Its in a great location with quick and easy access to several areas of interest including restaurants. Angie is very easy to get in contact with and was a pleasure to deal with. Look forward to staying there again!
