In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Heated single car garage plus car port. So close to the ski area that you can shuttle in and out on a two minute shuttle bus ride and even stay in touch from the mountain to the condo with walkie-talkies!
Skiing (downhill and cross-country), snowmobiling, sleigh rides, hiking, biking (on adjacent Fraser River Trail), and world-class golf are all within minutes. Wifi network is available from public (pay) networks.

The large Master bedroom features a king size bed, private master bath, TV, and deck.
The 2nd bedroom is a loft to give additional privacy (access is by stairs, very safe) with bunk beds plus a trundle that pulls out below. Private bath, TV make for a private second sleeping area. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed and is next to the Master BR. There is a sleeper sofa in the Living Room to provide additional sleeping space.
The Living Room is open to the kitchen, with a new TV and DVR, views of the Fraser River below, and and back deck overlooking the river.

Old Town Winter Park is fabulous in winter and summer! Having the Fraser River outside the door and the Winter Park base a short walk away makes this location the best!
It is SO relaxing being on the Fraser River and so close to the Winter Park ski area base. Whether you just want to walk the trail (winter or summer), ride a bike, snow shoe, cross-country ski or look out the window, the serenity of this location is a real plus.
Although having to climb several stairways which I was not equipped to do since I came from sea level, Naples, FL to 9000 ft.! It was well worth it!!!
Very well equipped condo. It had an abundance of cooking supplies which was nice compared to other condos we have stayed in. The closeness to the shuttle service was also a bonus. There is a ski rental place across from the shuttle pick up location called Alpine that we did not know about until we arrived. I ended up renting a set of skis from them and highly recommend them.
Week with the family, accommodations we're just as explained, easy walk to the resort, easy to get into town. It is on the 3rd floor which was a pain taking luggage up but a good work out. We would stay again for sure.
Our stay here was very nice. The condo was comfortable, the owner was accommodating, and it was a really pleasant experience overall. I would definitely stay here again!
The closeness to the bus route was awesome. The only sort of negative on lacation is that it's a bit of a walk to the hot tub so you need to dress for the walk not the hot tub. The condo itself was bigger than I was expecting. Plenty of room to spread out and not be all over each other. We had two couples and a 6 year old. We will be back next year for sure.
We had a nice stay at this Condo. It was spacious and well appointed. Owner was easy to work with. Very close to Winter Park base.
