Rental License number: 12662/AL Beautifully furnished self catering water front apartment.Spacious and modern,with fabulous front line panoramic views of Albuferia Marina and the Atlantic ocean beyond.Fully furnished,air conditioned (extra charge if required)and equipped for sleeping 2 adults and 2 children.The bright spacious lounge and dining room is 35m2 has natural light and sunshine all day,with ample seating,incorporating 2 corner sofas which convert to sofa beds for sleeping.The TV, is a 42'HD flat screen LCD and wall mounted.With DVD and Radio/CD Player.The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances,dishwasher,Oven,washing machine,fridge/freezer,microwave,kettle,toaster,iron and ironing board etc.All crockery saucepans and cooking utensils.Fully fitted.Just like home! perfect for your holiday rental.The bedroom has a picture window that overlooks the swimming pool and Marina beyond.The balcony has fantastic views,idyllic for relaxing,sun bathing and watching the yachts and daily life of the marina.

General extra information: We can arrange airport transfers for you where the driver meets you in arrivals at the airport holding a name board and also brings the apartment key. Low cost flights from the UK to the Algarve are easily available on line from Easyjet, Ryanair and Monarch. Although a car is not essential I would recommend it to make the most of your holiday and see the sights and places of interest. A well stocked supermarket with every thing you could possibly need is nearby or a large Lidl store is a few minutes drive away. Sun beds and parasols are provided for your own use around the pool which has a shallow end aprox 1.5 metre deep and deep end aprox 3 metre deep, pool side shower and toilet. facilities.Swim with the dolphins at nearby zoo marine for a great family day.There are many beach coves to choose from so a wander along the cliff tops will find a pathway to a fabulous stretch of sand,many coves have an on beach bar where you can sip a favourite cocktail while observing a fabulous sunset.

'Chilled out winter break'

This was our second visit to this apt. We knew December would be quiet, with only a few bars/restaurants open, which wasn't a problem, with a fully fitted kitchen, and pleasant, relatively empty supermarkets to browse around, unlike the UK! We rented a car this time, but everywhere is within walking distance, Sao Raphael (25 mins ) is def worth a visit, especially Praia Grande Restaurant, owned by Edwardo! The small Marina bar, by the boat trips, with the big comfy chairs, do great snacks! The Big Shanghai (near the Strip) great food! Unfortunately O Manjars was closed! Also Castelo de Mar, the White Castle building, on the walk into Albufeira, well worth a visit!!!

The beautiful views from the Apt balcony are still will me......

Fabulous views, lovely apartment fantastic holiday

Me and my fiancé had a lovely holiday here in Aug 2015 for a week. The apartment was very spacious, well decorated and clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic, overlooking the pool area, marina and bars and restaurants. The pool area was a quiet and relaxing space. The apartment was well equipped in the kitchen, nice dinning spaces and a safe to keep valuables. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt very safe and the transfers organised by the owner ensured our arrival and departure was very efficient. We will definitely be returning in the future, thank you very much.

SUPER A+ APARTMENT!!!

ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING PANORAMA VIEWS, THIS APARTMENT HAS ALL YOUR NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS, SPACIOUS IN EVERY WAY, THERE ARE EVEN 2 SPARE FOLDAWAY QUALITY BEDS IF REQUIRED, WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE SWIMMING POOL AND ALTHOUGH IT WAS OCTOBER IT WAS STILL A NICE EXTRA IF YOU WANTED TO HAVE A DIP, TOWN ONLY A 15 MINUTE WALK AWAY, OR JUST A FEW EURO IN A TAXI, TRY THE CASTLE ON THE FIRST CORNER AS YOU WALK INTO TOWN, BEAUTIFUL FINE DINING EXPERIENCE.

Spacious & modern

As a young couple visiting Portugal we found the apartment to be clean, modern and very spacious. There were 2 of us but the apartment could easily accomodate a group of 4.

The location is great with fantastic views of the marina and great for anyone who would enjoy boat trips and watersports and a choice of cafes and bars.

We enjoyed the 15 to 20 min walk to the old town on most evenings.

The pool area was very clean and larger than appears on photos and wasn't overly busy at any point during our stay.

Dawn and the property management company were very helpful and we would recommend a stay to anyone considering this apartment.

VERY NICE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT COULD BE BETTER

Spacious and well kept apartment although seating in living room looking a bit tired It is located about 25 min walk to the old town and overlooks marina The allocated parking space however is very tightland difficult to get even a small car into it Management company had obviously not done basic checks as both tvs not working as well as some side lights and clocks Major gripe was with the transfer arrangements Beware this is not a private transfer and minivan was very old and uncomfortable and takes the old roads to Albufeira Not great value at 35 euros each way.The handover consisted of driver simply giving us the keys The company office is about a 20 min walk uphill from the apartment so making alternative transfer arrangements is difficult unless you are familiar with the locations Nevertheless it is a very good apartment

Stunning..

This apartment is stunning, light, airy and spacious. Located around a 20 minute walk into the old town, the area in which the apartment is located is nice and quiet (no rowdies) yet cliose enough to the livelier parts should you want this.

Sharkies Bar downstairs is very friendly and met some really nice people in there over the week.

There are plenty of bars / restaurants along the marina so plenty of choice there aswell. The italian restaurant Nsolo is well worth a visit.

Try a boat trip aswell to see the caves / coastline, cost around 15Euro each.

We used the taxi sevice and the whole trip was totally hassle free apart from the slight delay at the airport.

We had the pool to ourselves all week which was nice but Im guessing it would be busier during July/Aug.

If you venture into the old town try and find Steps bar near the Tunnel, have a fantastic singer on there every night too.

Would def. come back here but next time would like to do more exploring and go to San Rafael beach as got told this is gorgeous and worth a visit.

Taxi rank and bus stop are directly behind the apartments which is handy.

Only one supermarket there and it's not cheap, try walking up towards the old town and when you find the church on your left hand side (which is also the way to the Management Company Office) try the bigger supermarket behind there much better value and choice.

For serious golfers Albuferia offers Salgados 18 hole Golf Course. Although the Algarve has many top class courses to choose from. Bicycle hire and horse riding are nearby.

Golden sand beaches with crystal blue water offer varied water sports and are from 3km distance.Fishermans Beach.Praia da Oura.Praia de Santa Eulália.Praia de São Rafael these are a selection of local beaches.
