Our apartment is located between the Hundertwasser house and the Kunsthaus Wien in a quiet side road in the 3rd district. The apartment is situated in a small residence from the turn of the century in the first floor with lift access and a private courtyard. The apartment has a ample luxury kitchen with a large dining table, the spacious and bright living room offers a large comfortable sofa, a 42‘ LCD TV with cable and a DVD player. If you have to work, we have WI-FI internet. The master bedroom offers a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a big wardrobe. There is a large sideboard with drawers with a 32' LCD TV on top of it. The apartment also has a separate toilet and large bathroom with shower cubic and a separate bath with a bath tub. Lots of parking spaces, grocery stores, bakeries, hair dresser and pharmacy in front of the house. With the tram route 1 you can reach the centre – Schwedenplatz, the university, the town hall, and the opera. 15-20 min walk to the Stephansdom.
Attractions : Our apartment is located directly between the 2 most important attractions of Vienna: the Hundertwasser house and the Kunsthaus Wien. Both can be reached in less than 3 min walk. At the old Danube, just a few meters from the apartment, you can take unforgettable walks alongside the water and on the country side!
Public transportation: In a few minutes you can reach the stop Hetzgasse of the tram route nº 1 – this will bring you to the Schwedenplatz in less than 5 min. From here you can reach Stephansplatz (centre) in less than 5 min walk or you change to the subway (lines U4 and U1). You can also book a boat trip on the Danube to Bratislava from the boat landing! Plenty of open air pubs and restaurants are waiting for you on the riverside of the Danube.
If you stay on the tram route 1, it will bring you to the university, the town hall, the Burgtheater, the parliament, the museum’s district and finally the Staatsoper (opera). All sights of Vienna are on this route and you don’t even have to get off.
Shopping – groceries: In close proximity you can find 2 large supermarkets with a wide selection of foods and drinks, open on 6 days a week. Additionally there are 2 bakeries with great bread- and pastries (open even on Sundays and holidays). Further there is a bank with an ATM, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a florist’s, many small shops, a hair dresses etc. Perfect infrastructure in front of you holiday home.

Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Abgaben, Steuern und W-LAN-Internet.
1. Bei Buchung ist eine Reservierungszahlung von 50% der Gesamtsumme zu überweisen
2. Die Restzahlung ist 3 Wochen vor Anreise fällig.
3. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen unter 3 Wochen vor Anreise ist die Komplettsumme fällig.
Die Zahlungen erfolgen mittels Banküberweisung in Euro.
Stornierungen werden nur in Schriftform akzeptiert, es gilt das Datum des Einlangens der Stornierung!
1. Bei mehr als 57 Tagen vor Ankunft - Verlust von 50% der Reservierungszahlung
2. zwischen 56 und 29 Tagen vor Ankunft - Verlust von 80% der Reservierungszahlung
3. zwischen 28 und 01 Tagen vor Ankunft - Verlust von 100% der Reservierungszahlung!
1. A reservation payment of 50% will be requested on booking in order to secure your reservation.
2. The final balance is payable 3 weeks prior arrival date.
3. For last minute bookings less than 3 weeks prior arrival date the total payment is payable upfront.
We do accept only bank transfers and/ or credit card payments!
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given before arrival date - loss of 50 % of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given before arrival date - loss of 80 % of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given before arrival date - loss of 100% of reservation payment.
We strongly advise that clients take advantage of private cancellation insurance.
Perhaps for some, this lovely apartment would not be luxurious, but for us, it was just so. Spotless, spacious, well-appointed. And for us walkers, it was no time to the old town area. We walked everywhere. The owner's agent, oh we have forgotten his name, sorry wonderful guy, arranged to meet us at the airport, and for a small fee, took us directly to our home away from home. He couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating.
The bed was perfect; we slept well after our long days of sightseeing. We recommend this apartment highly.

Stayed in this apartment in the 3 District At first we thought we wanted to be closer to District 1 BUT no way Tram close by and it was perfect.! the owner thought of everything! Large comfy beds Stocked kitchen with appliances/utensils etc quiet neighborhood close to tram 1. This is a up and coming neighborhood with new cafe's and restaurants coming in Grocery close by and a wonderful museum. close to airport It would be smart to ask for 2 keys in case you get locked out!

We enjoyed our short stay in this spacious, cosy and well equiped apartment.
Nothing negative to mention. We could sleep with the windows open ... so quiet. The bed was excellent.
We had no problem to park the car in front of the building. The inner city is a 15 minute walk. Public transport and the super market around the corner.

We came in on a 5 day visit to Wiena in order to see the sites, There were 2 adults a kid and a labrador dog. We stayed in Peter's Apartment, which was just great. Apartment is specious and very well stocked, all that was needed was provided and more. We enjoyed being close to the canal and the park along side, wonderful for taking the dog for a walk. The #1 tram which is just 2 blocks away is super convenient, easy to get to center of town and all the sites as well as to the Wien Prater, which was my kid's favorite thing in Vienna. We came in by car and parked at Erdberg Park&Ride. The apartment is clean, key was dropped off by a nice gentlemen who welcomed us and even gave us some 10 min parking vouchers. I highly recommend this accommodation.
Our apartment is situated in the 3rd district of Vienna - Landstraße. The accommodation lies in a quiet house with a courtyard with a playground for children, between the 2 most important attractions of Vienna: the Hundertwasser house & the Kunsthaus Wien. The apartment is the 1st floor with lift access. Perfect infrastructure thanks to the tram stop in 150 m (route 1 Hetzgasse), 2 bakeries (open on Sundays), 2 large grocery stores, hair dresser & beauty parlour, pharmacy, bank, drug store, restaurants, ice cream parlour & typical Viennese taverns. Plenty of parking. With the tram line 1 you can reach the Schwedenplatz (subway junction) in a few minutes & from here the Stephansdom/ City in a 5 min walk. The route around the ring can bring you to the university, town hall, Burgtheater & the opera. It takes a 20 min walk to the centre. The Danubian cannel is almost in front of the door – perfect for cyclists & runners, with plenty of trendy bars & boats with pubs on them.
