One of the most beautiful holiday houses in the island in the valley of Agaete.
In all modesty, certainly one of the most beautiful holiday houses on the island! Located on a hill in the valley of Agaete. View from the terrace or through the panoramic windows to the Teide on Tenerife.
Private indoor swimming pool, living room with 10 !!!m ceiling height, 3 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 living room, dressing room, covered patio, sundeck, large-scale kitchen, satellite TV (two 50-inch screens), internet, air conditioning, winter garden with mountain views, very quiet. From all sides secluded from the outside. Very luxurious interiors with original sculptures and paintings. We rent about 20 Holiday Houses around Agaete (all very nice) but this is our personal favorite

Spring in the hills
This is a wonderfully furnished house and the setting is delightful, with a magnificent view over neighbouring hillside and mountains. . The furnishings were of a standard that would make one envious. Looking west the sea was visible, and when visibility was good, we could make out the coastline of Tenerife. In fact Teide could be seen when closer to the shore. It’s situated in a small friendly community of helpful people. We found two good walking routes from the village of San Pedro which is at the foot of the steps in front of the house. Locals were keen to guide us even though we had little language in common as this is not a tourist hot spot.
Access from Las Palmas on GC2 was relatively straightforward until we came to the small town of Agaete which we had to pass through. There was a fiesta on that evening and we had to travel a circuitous diversion in the dark.
This is the aspect which I feel could have been improved by the owner or agent. We received very little information about how to find the place or where to park the car. There was no handbook of guidance except in regard to restaurants. We could have done with knowing where to shop on a Sunday for example, when most shops were closed. There was internet access but it was both intermittent and weak and some of my queries went unanswered. A little time spent on these matters would make quite a difference we felt.
It is a lovely property in a stunning location
This is a stunning place to stay in the most beautiful of locations. We took my mum along and she managed the stairs no problem at all. The pool area did not get any sun so it remains pretty cold, although it was winter.
Cooking facilities are good with plenty of utensils and plates. The only thing we found is that the main electricity breaker for the house would trip if you used the cooker microwave and water heating together. It did not detract fom our enjoyment of this lovely house
There are lots of adventures to be had around this area and we will certainly be back - the mountain views are outstanding
Beautiful mountain villa
Our family (three grown ups and two small children) spent two weeks in this beautiful house up in the mountains of Agaete. The house has wonderful views that can be appreciated by looking through the many large windows of the house. The house has a very homely feel to it and is beautifully decorated and very clean. We will definitely come back this winter!
Thank you Kerstin (we think it was you ;) )!
We're of course very happy you had such a great time in Casa de la Loma.
See you next winter!
Eine beeindruckende Architektur , voll mit Kunstgegenständen in sehr schöner Lage
a fantastic house
we really enjoyed our stay. . The house is a little museum with a lot of pieces of art inside. the living room is like a cathedral so high and wide. Best was to look from our bedroom through the big windows
We can recomend this house strongly!!!
Super Haus in schöner Lage
