The 60sqm apartment has a living room with an open kitchen and a bedroom with double bed. Also can a child (child under 16 years) in separate alcove (is separated from the living room and bedrooms) accommodate.
The apartment has been extensively renovated and expanded, is in good condition and radiates a lot of holiday flair. Of course, it is fully equipped, a possible self-sufficiency is not a problem.
The house lies directly in the pedestrian zone of the village, a large supermarket for all basic necessities is located even in the same building. In the immediate vicinity (50m from the entrance) there are restaurants, bars, ski rental shops, hairdresser and the valley station Schattberg Xpress. From there you can enter directly into the ski circuit with 200 km of slopes.
Saalbach is considered snow-sure and is a great tourist area. We are happy to assist you in selecting the recreational program.
Underground parking is available in the house!
The apartment is located in. 2 Floor and is easily accessible from the underground car park of a lift. If you arrive by car, we give you also like our underground parking space in the same building,

- Deposit of 300 € with key collection
When booking a deposit of 50% is required, the balance is due upon arrival.
For the final cleaning we charge € 75.
