● POSITION:

In the heart of Dalmatia, in DOLAŠKA DRAGA, the new residential area of the small coastal village of Drage, (municipality Pakoštane), for rent DeLuxe APARTMENT + ATTIC PANORAMA***** in SPECTACULAR POSITION with DREAM VIEW. The property is situated in the last edifice of a newly constructed settlement at the end of a quiet dead end street. The estate lays on the second and top floor of the building, which has a total of 8 apartments. Oriented towards the west, it almost gives the impression of living in the solitude of a villa. In fact, on three sides there are no neighbouring apartments. Beach and harbour (in ca. 150 meters distance) are reachable, in a few minute walk, directly from the residential complex via a stone staircase in the green.

● FEATURES:

The brand new DeLuxe PENTHOUSE PANORAMA***** consists of a THREE-ROOMS-APARTMENT of 80 sqm which can house up to 4 people + an ATTIC of ca. 50 sqm for additional 2 people.

In case of requests up to 4 persons, it is possible to rent ONLY the APARTMENT (without attic). These prices are indicated in the price table.

In case of requests for 5/6 people the property is rented in its entirety, i.e. APARTMENT WITH ATTIC. In this case, there is a SUPPLEMENT of € 40.00 per day on the price listed in the price table.

The DeLuxe PENTHOUSE PANORAMA***** is fully AIR-CONDITIONED and offers not only an extremely comfortable and luxurious housing, but also an EXTRAORDINARY PANORAMIC VIEW over the sea and the surroundings islands with BLAZING SUNSETS and an absolute TRANQUILLITY.

● EQUIPMENT:

Both the APARTMENT as well as the ATTIC are furnished with great care and elegance, all to measure, in very modern style. They are provided with every COMFORT: air conditioning (3 split: one in the living room, the second one in the sleeping area, the third one in the attic); 3 satellite TV (living room, master bedroom and attic); top quality hardwood floors in the bedrooms and the attic; first choice Italian tiles on terrace, living room, hallway and the two bathrooms; hung windows with double glazing, mosquito nets and curtains; sliding doors, paintings, carpets, ornaments and so on.

All beds have slatted frames and orthopaedic mattresses. Pillows, mattress covers, bedspreads, bedside rugs and bath mats are available everywhere. Bed linen and towels can be hired on request.

The stairs leading to the apartment, border a series of beds planted with flowers and aromatic herbs. Near the last one a barbecue is available for free.

On the ground floor there is the HOUSE GARAGE with remote control and one parking place is offered free of charge. In front of the building there are furthermore the parking places of the settlement which are gratis during the low season and against municipality fee in summer.

Wireless INTERNET is available on request.

● DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

The ENTRANCE into the apartment is independent and takes place directly from the PRIVATE STAIRCASE. Already climbing the steps one has a first impression of the beautiful view overlooking the sea, its islands and the Mediterranean maquis.

From the small landing at the top of the stairs, you enter into the spacious LIVING ROOM that has, in addition to air conditioning and satellite TV, also a corner fireplace, a sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 pouf seating, 3 coffee tables and built-in furniture with folding dining table.

The open KITCHEN is entirely furnished with base and wall units, black granite worktop, glass ceramic cooking hob, large fridge with freezer, microwave oven combined with grill, dishwasher and washing machine. It is naturally well outfitted with dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, cooking utensils, etc.

The spacious COVERED TERRACE is entered from the living room through a sliding glass door. It is well equipped with an oval extendable table, 6 chairs, 1 chaise longue, food trolley, broom closet and awnings. The terrace offers a breathtaking 360° views on the sea and the islands in front: the islands of Vrgada, Mali and Velika Arta, just opposite, the archipelago from Murter on the left side, the island of Pašman on the right side and in the background the exceptional islands of Kornati National Park. In the evening the scene changes colour. At sunset there is in truth a wonderful show of nature, in which sky and water are coloured in a thousand shades of red.

On the other side of the living room there is the NIGHT AREA, which consists of a hallway, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The air conditioning of the sleeping zone is located in the HALLWAY, which is equipped with coat hooks and wall mirror.

The MASTER BEDROOM, in white and silver-tone shades, is furnished with a comfortable king size double bed (180x200), bedside tables, capacious wardrobe with sliding doors and satellite TV.

The SECOND BEDROOM, in various shades of orange, has 2 twin beds (80x190), a large bridge wardrobe, a sliding writing desk and a bookcase/night table. The bedroom can be disposed in three different ways:

- as single room: one single bed has folding legs and can therefore be closed under the second bed in order to make the room wider;

- as twin room: the two single beds can be put separately against the walls with the passage in the middle;

- as double room: since the beds have the same height, they can be combined together into a double bed.

From both rooms you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view on the Mediterranean maquis and the sea.

The BATHROOM of the apartment has a window, built-in cabinets with large mirror, bath mats, laundry basket and all sanitary facilities including washbasin, toilette, bidet and rectangular shower with shower-cabin. The floor is red tiled, the walls white with red decor. Even the furniture is white with red handles and frames.

● DESCRIPTION OF THE ATTIC:

An inside wooden stair leads from the living room into the ATTIC, which is lower than the apartment but very romantic. It consists of a large room and a bathroom and has a variable height between 2.10 meters in the midpoint and about 1 meter in the lowest part.

The attic, an “OPEN SPACE” in white-brown shades, is divided into FIVE AREAS:

- the first one, the largest, is the bedroom with air conditioning, satellite TV, library, two twin beds (80x190), that can be combined into a double bed and window with beautiful view on the sea and the bush;

- the second zone is equipped with cabinets and a desk;

- the third is a relaxation area with a small sofa and cushions;

- the fourth area, the lowest, is furnished with closets for the estate’s linen. Here there is also a small safe for free;

- the fifth zone is a deposit for suitcases.

The BATHROOM of the attic, in the same white-brown colour as the entire open space, has a roof-window, a built-in mirror cabinet, additional laundry cupboards and all sanitary facilities including bidet and walk-in shower with shower-cabin.

About Gabry

My mother is from Berlin, my father from Milan. In wintertime I live in Italy between the Garda Lake and the Dolomites, in summer in Croatia. I attended the German school in Milan and have doctorate in foreign languages. That's why I speak German, Italian, English and French.

Das Online-Inserat war nicht übertrieben, es war noch schöner als Online angeboten. Das Appartment war sehr sehr sauber, es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, sie hat sich in allen Dingen sehr bemüht. Das Feriendomizil würde ich nicht nur meinen Freunden sondern jeder Person weiter empfehlen. Es war einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub, ich habe noch nie so etwas schönes gesehen. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen.

Urlaubsaufenthalt August 2015

Wir haben einen super Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon über das Meer ist unbeschreiblich. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist schön und geschmackvoll.

Der Ausflug mit den Eltern des Vermieters auf deren Boot war ein absolutes Highlight. Der Urlaub bleibt uns sicher in bester Erinnerung!

Top-Qualität, luxuriöse Ruhe

Unser Urlaub in diesem Appartement war perfekt und genau so wie wir Ihn uns vorgestellt haben. Alles war genau so wie angegeben. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig. Die Besitzer sind großartig. Auch alle übrigen positiven Erfahrungen in den bisherigen Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen. Wir möchten im nächsten Jahr unseren Urlaub sicher wieder in diesem Appartement verbringen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick

Die Fewo fanden wir genauso vor, wie angegeben. Wir haben uns sofort verliebt. Allein der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Inseln hätte uns gereicht, um glücklich zu sein. Aber auch die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber, die Küche war super ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Besteck, anderen Utensilien. Alles ist zweckmäßig aber auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Genügend Stauraum für Kleidung, Koffer,.. in den Schlafräumen vorhanden. Der PKW kann in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage geparkt werden, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen genial ist. Der Urlaubsort ist idyllisch gelegen und sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Für abendliche Ausflüge bieten sich die Orte Pakostane, 4 km und Biograd 10 km an. Die Vermieter haben uns vorweg schon bestens betreut, jede Nachfrage per Mail wurde sofort beantwortet. Selbst die Besorgung eines Bootsliegeplatzes war kein Problem. Genügend Informationsmaterial für Ausflüge etc. hat der Vermieter netterweise auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Ausblick, stilvolle Wohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung Gabry entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Unterkunft ist nahezu neu und sehr durchdacht, stil- und liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist nicht wie sonst üblich nur zweckmäßig und praktisch, sondern mit vielen dekorativen Kleinigkeiten bestückt. In einer Ecke steht sogar ein großer Kachelofen. Alles trägt zu einer behaglichen Atmosphäre bei. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, neben Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Cerankochfeld, jeder Menge Geschirr und Besteck, einem großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sind auch Waschmaschine und Staubsauger vorhanden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit viel Stauraum ausgestattet. Im Bad gibt es außer einem Waschbecken und einer etwas geräumigeren Dusche auch ein Bidet. Überall in der Wohnung gibt es Fliegengitter, so dass man die Fenster immer geöffnet lassen kann. Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Vom Balkon aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die vorgelagerten Inseln, das Archipel von Murter und auch auf die Kornaten am Horizont. Wir konnten uns an diesem Ausblick nicht sattsehen. Am ersten Abend hatten wir das Glück, Delphine zu sehen und fotografieren zu können.

Drage ist ein ruhiger Ort, ideal für Familien. Hier kann man sich für den täglichen Bedarf eindecken. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants, die einen Besuch wert sind, allerdings kein Nachtleben. Dafür wird man mit sehr schönen Sonnenuntergängen und einer herrlichen Stille belohnt. Wer Trubel sucht, kann nach Zadar, Biograd oder Murter fahren (alles bequem per PKW erreichbar).

Der Strand besteht zum größten Teil aus betonierten Kalksteinplatten, überall von Kiefern überspannt, so dass man schnell einen schattigen Platz findet. Kristallklares Wasser ist selbstverständlich. Im Bereich des Bootsankerplatzes befindet sich auch ein kleiner Kieselstrand. Am schnellsten ist der Strand über ca. 200 Treppen erreichbar, was für uns eine kleine Fitnessübung, aber nie anstrengend war.

Die freundlichen Vermieter standen uns jederzeit mir Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, waren immer sehr umsichtig und hilfsbereit. Die Vermieterin spricht perfekt deutsch und gab uns viele wertvolle Ausflugtipps. Unser Ausflugshöhepunkt, die Tour durch die Kornaten, wäre ohne die Vermieterin in dieser Form nicht möglich gewesen. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein Danke für den gelungenen Aufenthalt. Wir haben das Appartement schon an all unseren Freunden und Verwandten weiterempfohlen. Wir werden sicher einmal wiederkommen.

● DRAGE:

The nice coastal village of Drage is situated in the heart of Dalmatia, between the Adriatic sea and the Vrana Lake. It lays halfway between Zadar and Šibenik, about 5 km south of Pakoštane (from which it is a district) and 10 km from Biograd. The hamlet is placed in the most fascinating region of the entire Croatian coast, characterized by a crystal clear sea, a beautiful jagged coastline, countless bays, unspoiled nature, unforgettable sunsets and a myriad of small islands and archipelagos. Leafing through an atlas you will see that nowhere in the Adriatic - and perhaps even in the whole Mediterranean - there is such an abundance of islands. Most of the beaches are shingly and, together with the numerous sun terraces on the waterfront, they offer plenty of space to fulfil in peace all beach activities. It is a land of sun, picturesque villages with stone houses, evergreen vegetation, Mediterranean maquis, olives, wine, fish, songs and folklore. Briefly: a wonderful piece of authentic Mediterranean.

The village of Drage, morphologically a promontory that stretches from the coast road into the Adriatic sea, is divided in THREE AREAS:

- the first one, coming from north, is the older seaside resort, with a camping, tennis courts, several restaurants, two beaches and a small harbour;

- the second zone, the original village of Drage, does not develop along the sea but along the coast road, the so-called “Jadranska Magistrala”. Here there are several restaurants, a hotel, some grocery stores, the church and the football field.

- the third part is the newest residential area of DOLAŠKA DRAGA, where the DeLuxe PENTHOUSE PANORAMA***** is located.

● DOLOŠKA DRAGA:

DOLAŠKA DRAGA is a small seaside hamlet, situated along a charming pine bay on the southern side of the promontory. It is immersed in a natural untouched landscape with a particularly clean sea. In fact, thanks to the omnipresent light flow, the water is here always clear, a paradise for surfers, sailors and divers. The village has a little characteristic port, where you can rent motor and pedal boats as well as berths, a well maintained pebble beach with showers, two bars and a restaurant-pizzeria. On both sides of the little bay there is a pathway through the pine forest, which runs along the numerous sun terraces. At the end of the path, on the left side (looking from the sea), is located another bay with a second beach, also equipped with showers and a kiosk. Both beaches lay adjacent to the pinewood, that offers shade and coolness in the hottest hours of the day. A diversion from the beach life is given by the long walks along the sea promenade, during which one can enjoy the view of the numerous small islands in front.

DOLAŠKA DRAGA is the ideal destination for a quiet and relaxing holiday as in the hamlet prevails the tranquillity: there is almost no traffic; during the day, the silence is broken only by the chirping of the cicadas; at sunset and during evening hours reigns, especially on the harbour and the seafront, an idyllic atmosphere and at night, under the starry sky, dominates stillness. The beauty of the area, the variety of nature between sea and mountains, the abundance of flora and fauna, the wide sports offer and the many possibilities for relaxation make DOLAŠKA DRAGA to a truly memorable holiday resort.

● SPORTS ACTIVITIES:

DRAGE offers numerous possibilities for sport. On the one hand you can practice the classic water sports such as: swimming, snorkelling, surfing, canoeing, sailing, fishing, etc. On the other the ENVIRONMENT propose a series of a bit “more alternative” sports activities such as: scuba diving on the beautiful seascapes; horse riding, bike and mountain bike especially around the lake Vrana; canoeing and rafting in the canyon of the river Zrmanja; climbing and trekking on the limestone cliffs in the Paklenica valley; bungee-jumping from the bridge of the river Krka.

By renting a boat, it is possible to visit the 30 islands in the immediate vicinity, or those a little further away of the archipelago Kornati, the most popular destination in the world according to the “World Tourism Organization”.

● RECREATIONAL OFFER:

For people who prefer to relax, there is nothing better than sunbathing on the beach or on one of the many terraces built along the cliffs, or alternatively relax in the shade of the pines near the coast and admire the magnificent panorama all around. Furthermore you can attend one of the various folkloric events, or simply stroll around the many craft shops and bazaars. For shopping, there are already in Pakoštane and Biograd several supermarkets and shopping centres in addition to the daily market of fruits, vegetables and fish. For those who love nightlife one can choose between many nightclubs and evening shows of various kinds located within a radius of 10 km. The whole is finally crowned by a rich offer of fish and culinary specialties.
