This 3rd level, two story penthouse is ideal for the whole family! The reverse loft layout provides spectacular whitewater surf and beach views from the master suite.

This gem has all the finer appointments that are sure to delight. Recently upgraded travertine floors and granite counters welcome you into the spacious home. Enjoy some down time together as family in the comfortably furnished living room complete with plush sofa and chaise, a flat screen TV and board games.

When it’s time to cook up a quick meal, your fully equipped kitchen will not disappoint! Complete with serving platters, bowls, full place settings and basic kitchen appliances such as toaster, coffeemaker, blender, and a crock pot to name a few, cooking will be a breeze.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful experience at the beach condo. The place is immaculate and was so much fun for my family. The beach is super close and family friendly. There are great restaurants walking distance away. Suzanne was awesome. She was well prepared and helped make everything run smoothly. We will be back for sure.

Our condo is very clean and DOES have an awesome white water view with serene surrounding area. Typically we receive 5 star reviews, so ???

Absolutely beautiful!

This was our first stay at North Coast Village, but will definitely not be our last! I now understand why everyone who has stayed here wants to keep it secret :) we could have stayed forever. Thank you Suzanne for opening up your little piece of heaven to my family.

PERFECT

This was our second winter in Oceanside and the second also in this wonderful North Coast Village condo. I only hesitate to rave too much because Oceanside is the best kept secret of this area, and we like it this way:) The town is laid-back, the people very friendly, the location of North Coast the best, and this condo perfect. Suzanne is wonderful to work with - so helpful and accommodating. The village grounds are lovely - and they are always working to make it even lovelier! Our first view every morning is of the surfers. We are next door to the harbor with its little shops and restaurants and hundreds of boats.

I really cannot say enough about how wonderful it is. We feel so fortunate to have found it.

Really happy!

We've stayed at North Coast Village before and this was the best experience. The listing description was accurate, unit was very nice, clean, and we really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. The owner provided excellant customer service and I would recommend this property.

Payments

• 50% of the total amount due at the time of booking
• The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in for stays less than 14 nights and 90 days prior to check-in for stays more than 14 nights.

• A non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $49 is applied to all booked reservations

The Damage Waiver fee applies to accidental damages during a Guests’ stay up to, but not exceeding $550. Prior to check-out, Guests must notify the Manager of any damages and/or breakages in order for this waiver to apply. It items are missing or the Manager deems damage to the items was intentional or negligent, the waiver will not apply. The waiver does not apply to items stolen or lost. Guests are responsible for replacement or repair costs exceeding $550. Manager will use the credit card on file to recover such costs. If the credit card is deemed invalid (i.e. “declined”) the Guest is required to supply a new method of payment within 48 hours of notification.
