All south facing, the spacious main bedroom, lounge/dining area and kitchen are bathed in sunlight, & include patio doors with electrically operated shutters. Stylish kitchen fitted with Danish HTH units, marble worktops & Siemens appliances add to the quality, and the apartment has cool basement parking with lift access. This fabulous holiday development is superbly located close to fine sandy beaches (Praia da Oura only 20mins away), bars, restaurants, the Old Town & golf courses, yet Faro airport is only 40 mins away.

Golf details : Centrally located for access to 16 top quality golf courses within half-hour drive of the apartment. Villamoura golf resort 10 minutes drive away, with Quinta Do Lago, San Lorenzo and Vale Do Lobo a further 10 minutes away. Championship courses at Penina and Pinta are 30 minutes drive in opposite direction.

Exploring the Algarve: Jeep Safaris are extremely popular with families who want to spend the day exploring the Portuguese countryside. Children will be delighted with the trip over country terrain and mums and dads will be very happy with the great food and wine that is served up at midday at some quiet rural restaurant followed by a refreshing swim!! If you wish to venture further afield, a visit to Seville in Spain is only a two and a half hour drive from the resort. Coach trips also available - Seville is a beautiful old city full of wonderful architecture, with churches, palaces, and old statues but if you want to go shopping remember that siesta in Seville is from 1pm to 5pm. You can enjoy siesta time drinking Sangria in a street cafe! A lovely way to see Seville is to take one of the many horse and carriage rides, or use the green city tour bus. The walking tour around Triana is excellent. If you like leather bags or great shoes, a visit to Lisbon is also worthwhile.

Activities in Albufeira: Most families happily spend the morning lounging around the pools and then wander to the beach in late afternoon when the sting has gone out of the sun. There are lots of water activities for children & adults alike - banana boats, paragliding, fishing, boating or simply taking the coast walk into the old fishing village of Albufeira, which has managed to retain its friendly atmosphere despite the tourists! Take the Tourist Train, a 40 min trip around town at 3€ for all day/free for under 5s. Portugal is famous for its fish and it's worthwhile visiting some of these traditional restaurants to sample authentic Portuguese fish dishes. Old Albufeira is a charming place to visit at night time as you can see the night lights from all the boats, yachts and cruisers that pass by. The centre of consists of an old Square where musical events are played every night. If shopping is your thing - Algarve Shopping is a must. Local buses run regularly from nearby or a drive takes 15 mins.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this luxurious, air conditioned, spacious and comfortable 2007 apartment. Furnished to a very high standard, it has 3 separate balconies overlooking the main pool area. There is a 4-seater sofabed and a leather tub chair giving seating for 5, and dining is for 6. For entertainment there is a 32' LCD TV, DVD/CD player & a selection of DVDs. The separate kitchen area is fully equipped with all amenities. The fully tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity unit & mirror, and an over-door heater. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, a triple, fitted sliding-door wardrobe with drawers and two bedside tables, while the second bedromm 2 single beds, a double, fitted sliding-door wardrobe with drawers and one bedside table. The apartment is ideal for a couple or young family, and a cot and highchair may be available on request. Please bring your own beach towels. Low cost airport transfers available. Lovely sunny apartment

We have just returned from this wonderful apartment 2B after 10 days in the sun. We could not fault this apartment which had everything you ever need just like home from home including UK channels on the television. The flat gets the sun all day just right for having a drink on one of the three balconies. We have stayed in flat 1B twice before and we are staying there in March and the both flats merited five stars. Thanks again to Fred and Pat.

Lovely Apartment

I will have to confirm this is a 5 star apartment which is well looked after and fully equipped, we felt at home immediately after checking in. The apartment block is very neat and tidy and this apartment is overlooking to the massive swimming pool. The location is spot on and family friendly, few minutes walk to the strip and there is a shop and restaurant nearby. David the agent was very helpful as well with detailed information about the area, I have no doubt recommending and will surely return here.

Lovely Apartment - 5 stars

We spent a week in this spacious, modern apartment. Spotlessly clean and well maintained area of Albufeira and these have to be the best apartments in the area. The apartment has everything that you would need for your holiday and even things you don't think you need such as the fully fitted kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. The balconies get the sun all day from morning till evening and overlook the pool. Fred and Pat were friendly, easy to deal with and well organised. We would have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Also worth getting the transfer booked as well if only for Billy's chat. Great, highly recommend.

Great apartment with everything you could need

This apartment is very spacious and has everything you could possibly need from equipment to Sky TV, DVDs, floats, and buckets & spades.

The block is the best block in the complex as it is right on the main pools. It has a lovely big pool and children’s pool with lots of sun-loungers. It's also very safe as it is key entry to the pool area.

It's about 5-8min walk to The Strip and has a very good quality fast food (Chicken Piri Piri and ribs) restaurant at the entrance to the complex.

The owners were extremely helpful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

A Touch of Luxury in the Sun

Just back from a week's staying in Patricia and Fred’s 2 bedroom apartment (2B). The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and modern with all mod cons. The views from the 3 balconies to the pool and surrounding areas were spectacular and the location of the apartment was very convenient to the strip and many of the local attractions. It was just myself and my partner but we could easily have had another couple with us or a few children and still would have had plenty of space and privacy. Apartment was also fantastic value for money in comparison to similar apartments at the Parque De Corcovada complex, so would highly recommend booking through Patricia and Fred.

Overall a wonderful break in the sun! Apartment was in a prime location, close to all amenities and attractions. Excellent pool view. Well equipped and furnished throughout. Good security within apartment, highly recommended for families with young children. Very well cleaned and excellent maintenance of apartment and pool area. Recommend Praia de Oura beach, approx 20 min walk and a visit to the old town for the nice scenery, quaint shops and restaurants. For the shoppers among you there is an excellent shopping centre in Guia, approx 20 min drive from Albufeira. Excellent customer service was provided by Fred and Patricia and we would recommend this property to family and friends.

Albufeira, Portugal's most popular resort, has been described as the “Tourist Capital” of the Algarve, spreading from the old town both east and west along the coast, with its sandy coves & golden beaches attracting all ages,from families with young kids to retired couples. There is something for everyone in this sprawling, low-rise holiday resort, which retains its old world charm in narrow alleyways behind the new hip and happening Rue Candido dos Reis (the bar street) which at night is a must. Standard rental charges are for 4 guests. Other than for a baby in a travel cot, a charge of 10% of the rental will apply for each additional guest (maximum of 2). A 30% non-refundable deposit paid within 7 days of booking will confirm your reservation. Payment balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. If full payment is not made by 6 weeks before your arrival date we will assume you have cancelled and you will lose your deposit. £150/€200 security deposit is refunded in full within two weeks after you depart if there is no damage. Payment for damages will be deducted from your security deposit if necessary, and any damage in excess of this deposit will be payable by the renter. No monies will be deducted from the security deposit for anything considered as general “wear and tear” eg breaking a glass.
