Restored building with 2 apartments and a penthouse situated in the heart of Palma Mallorca, in the historic centre, on a typical Mallorquin square. The apartments (first and second floor) have been restored tastily, thereby mixing the old Mallorquin architecture with modern style. The apartments have a living room, with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a windows and a nice Mallorquin style cupboard, another bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom is modern style and completely made of marble. The living room has a sofa and two armchairs and a table with four chairs. It is ideal for four people. The apartments are very joyful and have excellent views to the square. The Mallorquin style has been conserved; the windows are made of wood and the wooden rafter can be seen on the ceiling. It has parket on the floor and all the windows have double glass. The building has a lift, air-con and internet acces. It is a charming apartment which is in front of an old romantic church. Both apartments are the same. Only the decoration of the living room changes from every apartment.

The buliding has a PENTHOUSE on the last floor. As you can see on the pictures it has living/dinning open area with full equiped kitchen, air con, wifi, 32 inch flat tv, double bedroom with bathroom in suite. It's also got a private sunny terrace with four chairs, a table and two sun chairs. This terrace is only accessible for the penthouse, not the other two apartments. The living room has a sofa.

The neighbourhood is famous as it is the eldest neighbourhood in Palma. Recently, some of the houses have been restored in a Mallorquin way and thus this has added beauty to this part of Palma, which has gained a special identity of its own. It is less than 5 minutes walking distance of Palma’s shopping and administrative centre. All tourist attractions are in easy reach – the cathedral is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment as is the parliament and house of government. The lovely sandy Playa C'an Pere Antoni beach is only a 7 minute walk from the apartment. This makes the apartment the perfect place for a combined city break and beach holiday. The restaurants and bars are also within easy reach. A public covered swimming pool is close to the apartment. Internet is available.

Quiet but convenient.

We found the flat easily from the airport bus stop 3-4 minutes away. It's on the edge of the touristy part of the old town, and the square is pleasant and quiet. We felt it was an ideal location for visiting Palma (our first time) and for getting out of town - if the bus you need doesnt stop nearby, Plaza d'Espana terminus (and the Soller train) are only about 10 minutes walk along quiet streets.

The flat itself is nicely furnished and well equipped - and the Internet works well (3 of us at once). The balcony is just big enough for 2 to sit, and the kitchen area is a bit of a squeeze for more than one person, but that's clear from the photos.

Antonia is friendly and efficient (the only problem we reported was responded to promptly). All in all we'd happily recommend it.

Well located apartment in Palma Old town

The is a lovingly restored apartment on the 2nd floor. It was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything you could think of. It is perfectly located on a small square, with 2 bars (quiet) and within walking distance of everything! Antonia could not have been more helpful. She met us at 10.00am to check in, and gave us advice on where to eat and shop. (No waiting til 3.00pm to check in like most places) .Will definitely return.

Beautiful flat, well located....

I stayed with a friend at Antonia’s flat in Central Palma for 8 days, from 4th to 12 September 2012.

The flat is great, I was pleased to have chosen it !

It is centrally located in a nice and quiet square, within 10 mins walk from Placa Major and the Cathedral. It is also just 5 mins walk to bus stop on the main road, bus1 for airport and west part of town and bus 15 to central Palma. Could not be better location ! Supermarkets, including el corte ingleas are within 5/10 mins walk.

The flat was clean and well equipped with all is needed for a short holiday. Bed were comfortable. Although it has 3 air condition units all well working we did not need it most time as the flat is never too exposed to the sun and you just need to open the window to let air circulating. I loved the small balcony. It has got Tv with many channels, radio, cd player and dvd player and free wi fi saved us some money …

Antonia was great and gave us all usual information, she arranged for taxi etc,

I am hoping to go back to Palma, and if I do I will certainly go back to this flat,

Lovely Place to be

the Apartment is very nice and clean, makes you feel at home. It's a quiet place to be, but in 5 minutes walking distance you are at the beach or at the shoping places. Near the beach is a busstop wich takes you to S'Arenal, if you want. It,s the place to be if you like to have the quitness on one side and the possibility of action on the other side. Antonia made us feel very welcome. We Gould Chose the Apartment defently again.

Three days in Mallorca

We made a short notice decision to travel to Palma. Antonia was very accomodating in meeting our needs. She was flexible with our schedule changes and even called when her internet was not working to confirm our stay. She also set up our taxi in/out with Antonio who was also very prompt and helpful. Antonia met us at the apartment Wednesday night when we arrived and explained the apartment and location to us. We were in the second floor apartment and the lift fit us fine (2 adults/2 small children) but still very snug. Had to make two trips for the luggage. Stairway was a seperate entrance and very steep. Apartment was on a nice lighted square. Great location to walk to the cathedral, waterfront, bus/train station. Apartment was nicely maintained and comfortable, Wireless internet worked well. Would definitely recommend.

  • The bathroom is totally new, it has tubing shower with a big bath. . The sink has a round shape at it's very modern. This is placed on a marble piece.
