A beautifully restored 1912 Craftsman style Heritage Manor House located in the heart of Point Grey, Vancouver's most sought-after neighbourhood. Just 1 block from the ocean and Point Grey's 'Golden Mile', this $2.8 million house is just 5 minutes to downtown and UBC and 15 minutes to the airport.

The suite is very bright with wonderful views of the ocean, mountains, city and Stanley Park from both levels. The original character has been maintained with hardwood floors, original period stained glass windows and a wood burning fireplace. Beautifully decorated with exquisite furniture, the suite features 1750 feet of living space with a lovely family room off the kitchen, 2 outdoor decks, custom designed granite kitchen and a serene reading nook. The suite is very comfortable for a short or long term stay.

The beds all have luxurious 400 thread count sheets and pillows on 2 queen beds and 2 twins. There is a full bath on each floor. The main bath offers granite counter with two undermount sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, microwave,toaster oven and dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for great meal making, including plenty of wine glasses.

Other amenities include High Speed Internet, DVD,46 inch flat screen cable TV, CD player, stackable washer and dryer, all free of charge.
