Nice Home

We had a very nice two months at Villa Four Palms. It is in a great location not far from the Yacht Club and many more places that we like to go to. The home has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Heidi, our house manager, was very accommodating and was always available to answer questions. We were sad to leave but it is nice to get back home to Montana. I hope those who rent the home after us enjoy it as much as we did.

Villa Four Palms

Villa Four Palms is a very well-maintained and extremely well equipped property, which in all aspects exceeded the description and our expectation. We came to Florida to relax, get a suntan, eat well and shop. We found the place to fullfill these wishes. We would never hesitate to recommend this property to a friend or relative and we will definately revisit the house when possible. We received a very good service from the rental agency and the house manager.

Sehr positiv!!! Nur zu empfehlen.

Wir waren zu viert für 10 Tage in der Villa Four Palms in Cape Coral. Die Villa befindet sich in einem sehr gutem und hochwertig ausgestattetem Zustand. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zum Strand/Yachthafen von Cape Coral sind es nur 10 Fussminuten, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nah erreichbar.

Wir können die Villa Four Palms nur weiter empfehlen. Die Eigentümer haben bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung an alles gedacht und sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, um ihren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewähren.

Auch die Hausverwalterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. In Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do not drop under 20 - 23 °. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. It is always a light breeze from the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Golf: Especially attractive for golfers: Within an hour, there are more than 130 golf courses.

Attention golf beginners!

Do not have a handicap and may not even play golf in Europe? You finally want to escape from the driving range and on the course of your skills, then Florida is the right. Here nobody will ask how good or bad you play. When Gree Fee charged nobody is looking for the Handicap.
