About Jason Warner
Somehow after living in Los Angeles for almost 10 years, we ended up in a little village called Leipers Fork and we absolutely LOVE IT! We toured as a band, Jason & deMarco, for over a decade and along the way we've made some smart investments. Sugar Hill is definitely one of them! We've opened "Sugar Hill Cottage" on Old Highway 96 in Leipers Fork and are excited to hosts new guests at this beautiful property. We also have a two cabins that we Airbnb in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge TN. I (Jason) am a real estate agent and I am happy to help our renters with their real estate needs while visiting the area. Whether relocating from another state and needing me to do some research, send listings prior to your visit and setting up showings during your stay, or simply needing a place in between moves or looking for a long term rental property, I'm happy to help! deMarco is the property and event manager on the property and is an amazing chef. He hosts monthly farm-to-table dinners throughout the season and if his schedule permits he is happy to offer a private farm to table dinner for our Airbnb guests upon request. (YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS IT IF HE IS AVAILABLE!). If he isn't available, we always recommend great restaurants nearby. deMarco's background is in hospitality and Health & Wellness. He is able to incorporate his passion for healthy food with his farm to table dinners. We book pretty far in advance, however, sometimes folks cancel last minute so if you are staying over a weekend of a farm to table dinner and are interested in attending please let us know ASAP. We sell out fairly quickly. We also run a non-profit off our ranch called "SAFE". We serve foster children and other families in need through several programs on the ranch. To learn more you can do a web search for Safe, Affirming, Family Environment.

Nice Cottage, great location
We absolutely loved our stay. Any minor issues we encountered were resolved promptly. Close to Leipers Fork, Franklin, and Nashville. Beautiful and relaxing trip. Highly recommend!
Quaint Cottage for Couples
Remotely located for peace and quiet, I was pleasantly surprised at first when I arrived, but recognized at certain times of the day, the road is trafficked heavily in the morning, and in the late afternoon hours. It wasn't a disruption, but made me conscious of looking and listening around the blind curve before exiting the drive. The view to the road was pretty, but future guests will need to be alerted that a neighboring guest home now shares the drive and view.
I wasn't made aware of, until that day though, that this "tiny home" was moved onto the property and work was being done prior to and in our absence during our stay until we we're contacted the day of our check-in by your property manager. Unfortunately, either during the excavation of trench lines or wiring of lines, the entire internet and entertainment system was knockout for the first 3 1/2 days, not allowing us from even using Wi-Fi calling. I had to drive down the road to find cell phone service to inform them of this predicament. Had an emergency arisen with myself, my minor child who cannot drive, or the property, we would have been at a loss as what to do. I was contacted via text from there on out during my service week, of any updates concerning both the recovery of services, and construction matters.
The fully functional kitchen was great considerating we were working at a camp all day and needed the rest, but we had to limit our refrigerated/frozen food purchases (it seemed small, and the ice box isn't large enough for a week's stay), and the washer and dryer was extremely nice as well . We appreciated the added closet storage - it allowed us to keep things out of sight and uncluttered throughout our stay. I was unclear as to where to dispose of our trash (the waste container was secured so tightly, we couldn't get the lid off), so we tried to double bag and keep our waste inside as instructed.
Hi! We're sorry for your inconvenience. We would be frustrated as well. Unfortunately we had no control over the internet being cut with electric. And we obviously can't control traffic :) Unfortunately in the country cell service is limited, again, something we have no control over. For the price and location, we feel this is a beautiful space and most people are wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city when they visit. Unfortunately, you had to deal with no internet which really affected your stay. We are sorry for that but for future renters, we assure you this will not be an issue.
Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Quiet cabin in the woods of middle Tennessee. 15 minutes to quaint Franklin, TN and 5 minutes to the small village of Leiper's Fork. Loved sitting out on the porch listening to the wind in the trees and watching the abundant wildlife... so peaceful!
Quiet place off the beaten path
If you’re looking for a quaint, clean and certainly charming place to stay near Nashville then this is the place for you. Everything you need for a pleasant, comfortable visit is here for you. Near Leiper’s Fork which is another added plus. We loved our visit. Thank you!
