Beautiful, clean, comfortable Villa for all the family

8 Guests stayed at this villa in September. We had a great week. The villa was well presented and had all the amenities you need for a great family holiday. A short pleasant walk into Moraira which is a beautiful location for a relaxing break with the family. Jutta the owner was very quick to respond on any questions we had when booking this villa & we would recommend it.

Beautiful Villa in Moraira close to beach and all amenities!

Our two families (8 people) stayed in this truly beautiful villa in August this year, the Villa had plenty of space for us all and we even think we could have brought another couple to sleep in the downstairs self contained apartment and still had ample room! The pool area was clean and spacious with plenty of beds, the outdoor shaded kitchen area was perfect for lunches and evening bbq's or just to get out of the sun for a bit but still being close to the pool. We had breakfast on the large terrace table next to the house most mornings and all outdoor eating areas had plenty of seats for us all it was just lovely. The house itself was also very well kitted out with everything you could possibly need to cook/eat drink with. Lovely views from the front room. The garden even has a little swing!

Moraira itself is stunning, we stayed for two weeks and still didn't see all of it that we wanted to see so we will definitely be coming back. The location of the villa is perfect it's about a 10-15 minute walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach, the harbour is a little further on but worth the extra 5 minutes or so. There are hundreds of restaurants to choose from! We particularly loved the ice cream parlour and cocktail bar and a little restaurant that served yummy authentic tapas!! The villa is up a hill so perhaps not suitable for everyone.

Every evening there was a little tourist market amongst the restaurants and on a Friday there is a HUGE market - definitely worth a visit!! There is also a little fun fair mainly for the younger kids but worth a visit if you have a little one. The beach was very pretty and clean, with pedlows and a fun assault course in the sea for the bigger kids, it was quite a small beach with rock pools at either end to go hunting for baby crabs or fish but despite its size we didn't find it too over crowded considering it was August.

The only criticism I have is that we only found the information book in a cupboard on the day we came home! there is only one full length mirror in the villa (I needed one too!) and the fridge freezer is a bit temperamental but there is also a chest freezer it just took us awhile to realise we should be using this instead!. Despite those tiny points we have had one of the best holidays ever and will definitely be coming back to Moraira, a fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Thank you Jutta! You have been so kind and helpful right from booking to even after we got back

Voor volgend jaar voor de 6e keer naar deze mooie villa.

Eigenlijk zegt dit genoeg over hoe wij dit ervaren.

Ook familie en vrienden verbleven hier al diverse keren

Vriendelijke eigenaar(esse), die als er al een probleem is dit zo snel mogelijk verhelpt.

Wij hopen hier nog jaren terug te kunnen komen.

Een heerlijk vakantiehuis, al vijf jaren op rij

Wij zijn nu al voor de vijfde keer in deze prachtige villa geweest, en begin volgend jaar zijn wij er weer. De eigenaar(esse) is heel vriendelijk en als er al eens iets niet werkte, werd dit snel opgelost.

Het bevalt ons zo goed dat wij en ook familie hier al een aantal malen zijn geweest.

Je kunt hier genieten van je rust, privacy, maar ook op loop afstand van een leuke kleine strand plaats met winkeltjes en horeca.

Voor ons een aanrader.

superbe maison typique espagnol .tres bien equipée et avec tout le confort.

Nous etions 9 et nous sommes arrivées dans une superbe maison climatisée, bien située dans moraira, avec tout le confot necessaire, un jardin magnifique,et une belle piscine.Un patiot géant qui nous a permis d'etre a l'ombre a n'importe qu'elle moment de la journée.

L'acceuil a été tres bien et tout etait propre a notre arrivée. le service super rapide lorsque que nous avons eu un petit probleme technique avec la piscine. rien a redire sur cette villa sans aucun vis a vis et au calme que je recommanderais sans soucis.

de correspondentie verliep prima,maar bij aankomst rook de woning muf,de airco functioneerde niet en wij hadden gedacht dat het zwembad was verwarmd ( solar )maar helaas was dat niet het geval.

Wij vonden het koud .het linnen goed was karig .

De dame die hethuisopende was niet vriendelijk en er was drie dagen geen WiFi,na lang aandringen kwam het matig qua strekte op gang.

Omdat de airco het nietdeed in de huiskamer liet ik het zonnescherm zaken om het wat koeler te houden,deze was gescheurd,rechts aan de rand van de luifel ik naam direct een foto,maar bij thuis komst werd de borg niet terug gestort ik zou namelijk het zonnescherm vernield hebben.

Niet redelijk ikhad bewijs dat het zo was bij opendraaien.

Bij thuis komst direct gereageerd op het inhouden van de borg maar dit keer kwam de reactie niet.

Kortom een mooi huis maar de staat van onderhoud en de service en klantvriendelijkheid is een vette ONVOLDOENDE.

ADVIES NIET HUREN! Er staat genoeg te huur in Moraira.

Owner's Response: The Internet didn´t work on Saturday afternoon (arrival) and Sunday when Moraira / Teulada was on holidays. On Monday morning I could telephone whith the Internet company and they solved the problem (overstrain) immediatley. The villa is always in excellent conditions when we welcome our guests. We always check it personally to make sure. In this case, came first the son and the day after the parents. Maybe the son didn´t clean the villa after using. We always advise the renters in their arrival, if something doesn´t work or happens or if there is something that they are not satisfied, that they contact us to make everything to their total satisfaction. Immedialtley! In this case, our agent went a lot of times to help the family with other problems and to do them a few favours (pick up because got lost in the region - didn´t find the villa, actívated a lot of times the alarm - the police came...) Trough wrong treatment of the aircondition, it switchs off automatically. We always help to reactivate it, if the renters advise us. All 10 beds are always covered and prepared for using. If the renters want to change the bed linen, they can get in touch with us. In the description of the villa there is described that the swimming pool is heated by solar system. That means, that the temperature generally has about 3-4 degrees more than other swimming pools without this kind of heating system and the water temperature depends also of the actual weather. In the beginning of June it isn´t as hot as in July / August. damage / caution : The sunshade was without any damage at their arrival . This fact can attest the cleaning woman and the renters before, who left the villa at the same day. The costs for the electricity consumption and the damages caused by the renters will be set off with the caution and the balance will be reimbursed.
