Why Frazier Mccollum II chose NoDa
NoDa, short for North Davidson, is the city’s arts and entertainment district. It's known for its eclectic galleries and music venues, including the Neighborhood Theatre, host to big-name acts, and intimate spots like the Evening Muse. Artisan gift shops, jewelry stores and tattoo parlors dot North Davidson Street. Local eats include Southern fare, Cajun cuisine and pizza, and there are a number of hip dive bars. Known as Charlotte’s arts district, NoDa welcomes musicians, chefs, mixologists, muralists and more to liven up its streetscapes. Before this edgy North Charlotte borough became the arts district it’s known as today, it was a flourishing turn-of-the-century textile mill town. But the area’s original blue-collar community faced desertion as mills closed in the 1950s and 1960s. Thankfully, in the mid-1980s, artists Ruth Ava Lyons and Paul Sires offered a new vision. They opened a gallery, and, through the years, Charlotte’s arts district formed. Today, NoDa’s (short for main street North Davidson) marriage of old and new is a thing of beauty. Colorful murals dance across aged factory buildings, tunes from up-and-comers seep out of music joints, and inventive restaurants sling plates across reclaimed wooden tables. Gallery crawls, offbeat retailers and a slew of breweries beckon crowds. And with the completion of the LYNX Blue Line light rail extension from Uptown, NoDa only stands to grow more.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the parking. Other then that it was a good location and close to everything we needed to be close to. NODA is a really cool area. Great restaurants and things to do. Frazier was an amazing host. We had a couple little hiccups and they were handled ASAP. Would definitely stay there again.
Frank thanks again for staying you was an amazing guest. You are more than welcome to stay with us again anytime.
The home was beautiful, clean and exactly like the picture . The host was always available and attentive to our needs . We were also located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and beautiful art work displayed in the district . We will definitely return again ! Thanks again
Thanks so much Ashley, you and your family were amazing guests. Very friendly and treated my condo like it was yours. You are welcome back anytime ❤️
Great stay for mini vaca
Great location! City life, bistros and cafes around the corner. Great communication that made everything super helpful when traveling from out of town.
Great place. Great location.
This property met expectations. It had everything we needed
The Noda area is fantastic and 5 minutes (at most) from downtown. Lots amenities and the pool was a plus. The street parking left a bit to be desired. During our 2.5 days, finding a spot within 100 yards occurred once, I still recommend the property, just find a spot, park then uber.
Thanks so much for staying we really enjoyed you and your family. You are welcomed back anytime.
Close to the NODA arts district
Great communication w owner, ease of check in and good price!
Thanks so much for staying we definitely enjoyed you and your welcome back anytime
