Clean, updated, spacious & comfortable

We rented both levels for three couples so we could have lots of space/bathrooms to find privacy if needed. On the first level there is a full bath and a 3/4 bath. Both are large. On the top floor there is a large full bath and a small 1/4 bath. There are two huge patios (1000 sq ft each) with incredible views. All of the appliances and bathroom fixtures are updated. There are two washers and dryers in the basement.

It is about two blocks from two good grocery stores. There is a huge liquor store one block away. The cafe below the apartment is actually a new cupcake store. The pedestrian area (walking mall) is about one mile away and is full of shops and restaurants. Erika was great as a host walking us through and giving advice.

The only downside is that there is a bit of road noise. It's not awful, but not isolated and serene.

Fabulous: Large, well furnished, perfectly located

Perfect for our three-generation, 12 person family reunion. The property can be configured as two separate, three bedroom apartments or one six bedroom rental. We took all six bedrooms and found the combination, spacious, very well furnished, and spotlessly clean. The downstairs apartment has a dining table that easily seated all twelve of us along with a very large living room where we watched world cup soccer. The decks offer fabulous views of the mountains.

The house is located in the heart of Garmisch, with supermarkets just across the street and an easy walk to the many shops and restaurants of the pedestrian walking area of town.

For a summer visit to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, I would also recommend the Berggasthof-Panorama restaurant in Partenkirchen for its lovely terrace with incomparable views of the valley and mountains. As an added plus we took the kids and young adults to Kletterwald, an excellent treetop adventure park located nearby.

Gelungener Urlaub

Im Rückblick auf unseren Aufenthalt in der "Charlotte" ein großes Kompliment an Sie über die FeWo.

Die Einrichtung der Küchenzeile ist handgerecht mit sämtlichem benötigtem Inventar.

Im Wohnzimmer sorgt der Flachbildschirm für Entspannung, ebenso die Phonosäule dank leichter Bedienung.

Die Fenster zur Srassenseite vorbildlich isoliert.

Die Terrassen finden mit Größe, Ausstattung und Ausrichtung in Garmisch-Partenkirchen nicht ihresgleichen! Wir sind äußert zufrieden mit ihrer innenarchitektonischen Glanzleistung.

Es ist das erstemal, daß wir solcherartige Komplimente für eine FeWo verteilen * * * * *
