About Crystal and Jim
We (Jim and Crystal) live next door and are able to answer any questions or address any needs as they arise. We both grew up in Wisconsin and love the hospitality of owning a short-term rental.
Crystal and Jim purchased this House in 2019
Why Crystal and Jim chose Oshkosh
We bought this property from some friends who completely renovated it. We helped them with the renovation, so it was an easy decision to buy it knowing the quality work that had been done. After adding our personal touches we are very proud to offer it to our guests for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
What makes this House unique
This property is called The Coop, both because of Crystal's love of chickens, and because our friends used to keep four chickens in the shed out back (Named Blanche, Dorothy, Sophie and Rose) . The shed is a workshop for Crystal's tinkering now, but the love of pretty poultry remains.

Darling place. Lots of thoughtful “extras” around the home.
Wouldn’t change a thing. Crystal and Jim are incredibly thoughtful hosts. Located near cute shops in Oshkosh. Plenty of room for family. Loved every minute of our stay. Super clean and comfy.
Loved the Coop
Beautiful cottage with plenty of room. Easy to find and a short drive to the Appleton area if that’s where you’ll spend more time like we did. Nice area to get out and walk in.
One of the nicest places I have stayed and very friendly and accommodating owners.
Me and my family had a fantastic time staying at this place would recommend it to anyone
Comforable Home in a Quiet Neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, comfortable home. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were excellent.
The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were steep and the hand rail did not go to the top of the stairs which made the descent a bit treacherous. - this is the opinion of a senior citizen. The location was convenient for sight-seeing in the city. The owner saw us arrive and made us feel very welcome to this very clean home.
Great stay, immaculately kept place with Great amenities. Thanks!
