Ten Mile Unit C is a large NEW beautifully constructed and furnished 1300 sf condominium that sleeps 8 located on French St in the heart of Breckenridge’s Historic District on the 1st floor of the Ten Mile Suites building. Carter park & tubing hill out your back door, Walk 2 blocks to town, 3 blocks to quicksilver ski lift a shared hot tub for soaking sore muscles.

The Ten Mile Suites condominium complex is located on French Street, in the Historic District, within walking distance (2 blocks) to downtown where all of the shops and bars are in Breckenridge yet it is in a quite location. It is also a 10-12 minute walk from the Super Six chairlift. Great location! Carter back is basically in the back yard with the best FREE tubbing hill in Breckenridge and park for the kids to play at. The ice rink is also a short walk to get to. Free shuttle stop is also located nearby the complex.

If pets, pet hair or smoke scent are found in the unit during or right after check out you will be required to leave immediately and you will LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT and you will be responsible for any additional damages and cleaning costs. Summer Highlights:

You can walk two short blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Breckenridge almost always has fun events scheduled though out the year such as Octoberfest, Pro cycle challenge, 4th of July Parade etc,. You can also mountain bike or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9 mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

Winter Highlights:

It is a short 3 block walk to the Quicksilver Chairlift., the fastest people mover in the country, loading two high speed 6 person chairs at one time. (moving 3000 people an hour). After your ski day, you can also walk two short blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Relax in the communal 7 person hot tub on the deck of this complex, at the end of your ski day, with of view of the slopes of Breckenridge. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open until late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.

We lived in Silverthorne for 15 years and recently moved to Puerto rico for a year to see how we like the tropics. We loved living here! We have two children and run a business so we are still very active in our community. We travel all the time, so we know what we like and appreciate in a vacation property and we have incorporated all these details into the condo. You will love your stay at one of our condos!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This condo is perfectly situated in Breckenridge. You literally can walk out the front door and walk to Breckenridge's Carter Park where you can play at the park in the summer and boasts the best FREE tubbing hill in the winter. You are literally two blocks away from Main Street and all of the shopping and restaurants it offers, you can walk to the lift, Breckenridge Ice Rink yet you are in a quite neighborhood.

What makes this condo unique

This is a large condo and brand new construction. We took what use to be a commercial space (way back it was the Breckenridge rec center) and made it into 4 beautiful condos with beautiful flooring, cabinets, counter tops and furnishings. Every detail was taken into consideration and the result is a beautiful place for you to stay at. We are excited to have many of our own family memories here as well.

Steps to town and Carter HIll

Great newer condo in perfect location to town, grocery store, Carter Hill, the gondola: walk everywhere. It is located on the 1st floor which was perfect for the kids to play in the snow and we could keep an eye on them. The unit has two spacious bedrooms, two baths accommodating the four adults and two children nicely. A bonus was the availability of snow-toys for Carter Hill, right behind the unit. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again while in Breckenridge. AAA

Great Place To Stay

We were here a couple of nights for a work conference and the condo was great! The only thing I would mention is that we were disappointed there was no cable, only Netflix.

This location is Perfect! You have a free sledding hill, park and bus stop right outside of the condo. You can literally walk everywhere in downtown Breckenridge. So many great restaurants just a couple of blocks from the condo. We own 3 other condos in the building if you have friends that you want to stay near you.
