About Owner/Property Manager
I live in Seattle Washington with my family, Leon my husband and our son Troy. I love to cook, read and travel. I have been to Japan, Paris France, Mexico, and Norway. There are 5 things I can't live without, shopping for good food, reading a great book in a real live bookstore, drinking a good bottle of wine, spending time with one of my best friends shopping and laughing it up, and loving up on my husband at a good jazz concert. In this life you come here with your bags packed, now is the time to unpack, let's see what you got!!!
Owner/Property Manager purchased this House in 2005
Why Owner/Property Manager chose North Beacon Hill
The property we purchased is in the middle of the city, where we can go short distances to all of the wonderful places in our neighborhood that offers great shopping, restaurants, parks, out door activities such as our golf course, light rail for transportation, and getting on the freeways in less than 5mins.
What makes this House unique
One of the most unique features of our home is that it has a front porch and we fell in love with it the first time we saw it. Sold to the highest bidder, and we bought it. We also loved the Mother in Law unit on the first floor of the house perfect for a VRBO guess to get away for the weekend or several weeks.

Perfect for us!
This was our first VRBO experience and it could not have been better. Annette was charming, funny, gracious and hospitable! The accommodations were extremely comfortable for me and my husband, enhanced by a warm decor and lovely unexpected amenities. It was indeed a welcome retreat after each of the five days we spent exploring Seattle.
The Beacon Hill location was convenient within a few blocks of the light rail system, grocery store and a few pleasant coffee shops and restaurants. Just be prepared to walk uphill a bit!
Perfect Location and wonderful host
Annette greeted us when we got there and made us feel right at home. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was perfect. We came in for the weekend first the Blue Jay's games and we didn't have to drive all weekend. It was a short walk to the Link train and the stadium was 2 stops away. Took just minutes to get there. It is a steep climb up to the station. Like others have said people are living above you but it is not noisy just the general noise of people upstairs. When we come back to Seattle we would definitely stay here again. There were all the amenities you would need like shampoo q tips make up remover pads etc.. we loved our stay.
I am very pleased with our stay at this quaint little home. It is centrally located in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Upon arriving, Leon greeted us and carried our luggage to the apartment. He then took some time showing us the apartment and getting to know us. Annette came to say hello shortly after we settled in and I instantly got a good vibe from her. We felt very welcomed and comfortable in this home. There were several yummy treats provided which I found to be thoughtful and gracious. I would definitely recommend this property to Seattle visitors.
Great place and location
Great location. Close to light rail and public transportation.
Spent 2 days exploring Seattle so not much time at the property. After long days a very relaxing place to wind down and put your feet up.
Well appointed, clean and very comfortable.
Would highly recommend this property.
