1 Bedroom 1 Bath, Dining Room, Spacious Kitchen!
I am a touring musician who has toured the world internationally over 4 times and am based out of LA. I saw the trend and wave of cool that was sweeping over Nashville years ago and it has hit big time so I am glad I was able to acquire this wonderful place years ago before it popped. I have a love affair with Nashville and its history and I look forward to providing a place to stay so others can enjoy it the way I have.

Would recommend to other people
Not fitted for those 5'5 or taller
We really appreciated the communication and flexibility of the property owners. The property was great for our short stay in town but my husband at 6'4 did not comfortably fit, especially in the bathroom. We will not be returning to.that location for that reason.
Neighborhood was quiet. We weren’t actually in the apartment much( really just to sleep and shower), but it met our needs. Something to keep in mind if you are tall, the ceilings are low since it is in the attic space of the home. Nothing terrible but if you are tall you might feel slightly crammed. Overall it is an economical place to stay.
This was a great little place to stay when were in Nashville for the weekend! So cute!!
Small but sufficient
Good if you don’t need much space. If you’re six feet tall or more you won’t fit in the shower. Good location. Not super clean but okay.
Great place to stay. Easy access to downtown Nashville and East Nashville!!
