I am a touring musician who has toured the world internationally over 4 times and am based out of LA. I saw the trend and wave of cool that was sweeping over Nashville years ago and it has hit big time so I am glad I was able to acquire this wonderful place years ago before it popped. I have a love affair with Nashville and its history and I look forward to providing a place to stay so others can enjoy it the way I have.

Great place, easy access to the city!
This place was great for my wife and I to spend 5 nights over the New Year. Uber and Lyft are around $10 to the bars on Broadway. Bed was comfortable, place was clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay again on future trips to Nashville.
cute, cozy neighbourhood
Cute , cozy neighborhood living. A nice area, couple blocks away from the laundromat, post office, kwik sack-gas/convenience store, great little antique store which is on the Galatine Pike. Here you'll find lots of eateries, shops, churches, Kroger grocery stores, Hobby Lobby, Books a Million, to name a few. We were also close to the Opry Mills Mall and Grand Ole Opry, Willie Nelson museum, General Jackson Paddle Boat and more! You can take a walk over the Cumberland River and then down on into the park with their many walkways and bike paths, beautiful little area! Just a great little spot to have Jasons house. Not too far from the downtown area either.
We stayed in the upper level of his house, nice, clean, cozy, had all the amenities one needed. Nice clean neighbourhood. Thanks Jason!!
Small and homey
Great! It on the pricey side though, AC barely worked, and there wasn't any shower amenities but otherwise well kept, homey, and livable
Great spot in East Nashville!
The property was perfect and just right for our time in Nashville. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but only a quick Lyft ride to anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and the bed was so comfy! Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The book Jason leaves had good information, but could have been more specific with details-such as "Shelby Bottoms Greenway is just steps away,) but we didn't know how to get there. The googled addresses were miles away. Jason did a great job describing the various neighborhoods and what they had to offer, but no address to give to Lyft as a starting point. There is a grocery store 3/10 of a mile away, but it wasn't listed in the book which I think would be helpful for people to know especially if they don't have a car. I would stay again and would recommend it to others.
Not a four person apartment, the pull out couch must be 100 bucks and 20 years old
The pull out couch would cave in when anyone even sat on it
loved the place
We enjoyed our stay, the flat was great, thanks
