This property offers comfortable spacious accommodation with 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms are on the ground floor and the third is on the first floor. There is a large lounge with TV, DVD, CD played and Wifi connection a dining area and good sized well fitted kitchen. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. To the rear of the property there is a private heated spa pool and jacuzzi, sun-deck with sunbeds and an external dining and sitting area. To the front of the property is a communal pool shared by 3 properties and access to the roof terrace.

This bungalow can be let as a single unit or for larger parties combined with Property 4, the 4 bedroomed, 4 bathroomed property next door. These properties are suitable for family gatherings but not large groups wishing to party all night as there are noise restrictions.

Stunning properties set in a peaceful location but close to local amenities

This delightful properties is set private grounds on a small complex of 3 in the peaceful location of Campo International. Itsa private heated spa pool, relaxation area and dining area as well as the use of the communal pool, with private heated jaccuzzi spa pool, relaxation area, dining area and use of the communal pool. The property is close to all the attractions and amenities of the Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles area.

The property is suitable for family gatherings but not large groups wishing to party all night as there are noise restrictions.

The property is brilliantly located for both daytime and night time holiday activities and are recommended for sun-seekers, activity holidays such as cycling, running and of course golf. There are nine golf courses on Gran Canaria two of which are in Maspalomas. We enjoy an excellent climate all the year round.

Ideally suited for families and groups looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

The property offers disabled access with sleeping and bathroom facilities on the ground floor, but is not suitable for someone who is totally reliant on a wheelchair.

  • All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling. Note: Christmas and New Year is generally booked as a complete fortnight and costs £1,200 per week regardless of occupancy during 2012 and 2013. From January 2013 to 30 June 2013 the price for up to 4 people is £720 and for up to 6 people £850 and from the 1 July 2013 the price for 4 people is £750 and for up to 6 is £880.

    Once you have contacted us to confirm the period you require is available a deposit of half the total cost secures that period. Should you decide to cancel, the deposit is not refundable.

    The balance is payable in Euro cash on arrival.

    A £200/Euro cash security deposit will be required on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay in UK pounds or Euro as long as there are no major breakages.

Jag var här med min familj, 7 vuxna personer, en fanstiskt trevlig vecka i mars. Vi hade gärna stannat längre. Huset hade alla moderniteter och fullt utrustat kök, fast vi åt ute hela tiden utom till frukost då vi köpte nybakat bröd i butiken tvärs över gatan. Allt var rent och snyggt plus två rymliga jacuzzi på baksidans altan. Vi hade hyrbil och gjorde många utflykter med den, bl.a upp i bergen och till papegojparken. Taxi var otroligt billigt, 25 kr för en sträcka som tog en halvtimma att gå. Dale och Rod som skötte bokningen och servicen är awesome!

Lägenheterna rekommenderas varmt.


Ett extra plus var de försett kylen med mjölk, jos och ägg m.m. när vi anlände.

Lovely Villa

We had wonderful holiday and the villa was ideal. Relaxing, spotless with a great terrace for sunbathing (which I love to do) and a gorgeous double hot tub. Dale and Rod were very accommodating. We had a great holiday and can't wait for next year now.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It has everything you need, and is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The area at the back of the property is ideal for sunabthing, and has the added attraction of having a large jacuzzi. Dale & Rod are the perfect hosts, and could not do enough to make us feel welcome and settled. The accommodation is very modern, spacious and spotlessly clean.

Thank you very much Dale & Rod, we will be back next year to celebrate my birthday again.

Viihtyisä huvila / Comfortable villa

Vietimme lämpimän ja aurinkoisen viikon tässä hyvinvarustellussa huvilassa Campo Golfissa. Villa oli juuri sellainen, mitä esittelyssä kerrottiin eli hyvin varusteltu, tilava ja siisti. Lähistöllä on muutama ravintola ja pienehkö (riittävä) supermarket. Meloneraksen rannassa on paljon ravintoloita ja sinne pääsee kätevästi joko kävellen tai taksilla (3-4 euroa). Suosittelemme lämpimästi tätä kohdetta. Myös villaa vuokraava pariskunta Rod ja Dale olivat erittäin mukavia ja avuliaita.

We had a really nice, warm and comfortable holiday in this villa. The villa was as described; well equipped, clean and comfortable. We can recommend this villa to anyone who want's to have peaceful and comfortable stay in Maspalomas. All the services needed are within walking distance. The beach of Meloneras and lots of restaurants are easily reached by taxi (5 min / 3-4 euros). Rod and Dale who are renting this villa are really nice and helpful.

A beautiful holiday home

This is the best most well equipped accommodation we have ever had in the many years we have been coming to the Canaries; the house is beautifully presented and very comfortable in a very peaceful area of the resort.

I would certainly use this accommodation again and would recommend it .

Rolige omgivelser, ingen trafik, gartner samt pool mand ordner have samt pool.

The properties are situated in Campo Internacional which is between the beach (at the lighthouse) and the area known as Maspalomas. They are a two minutes walk from the golf course and five minutes walk to the shopping centre at Faro II where there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants. It is easy to get taxis from the road outside the golf club. Maspalomas has a stunning beach (and the world famous sand dunes) - you can walk there in about 15 minutes or hop in a taxi. Nearby is the area of Meloneras which has many classy bars, restaurants and shops. Go the other way and you can enjoy the night life of Playa del Ingles. If you have a hire car then you can reach the GC-1 motorway in about four minutes making it easy to get to the city of Las Palmas, shopping in Vecindario or days out in Puerto Rico or Mogan. Gran Canaria has stunning mountain scenery and a drive up into the centre of the island to see the fantastic views is recommended.
