Bright, very quiet restored manor house in lovely large garden

The Guts-house Vieregge is over 150 years old manor house of the small village and is set in a large garden, a meadow adjoined by until shortly before the Bodden. It was an ecological approach for historical monuments stylishly restored in 2010 and furnished and equipped to the latest standards. The wooden structure is everywhere, especially on the 1st and.. 2 OG visible. The house is almost entirely plastered inside with clay. So it has a very healthy indoor climate (asthma, allergies) and lots of windows (very bright). In part very wide view in all directions (Bodden, meadows, woods on 1 km distant hill, garden).

Guests can enjoy breakfast on large sun terraces (Deck). The house has plenty of space and refuge, both for 2-4 persons (apartment), as also suitable for larger groups (up to 12 people), because there is the possibility of the entire house or a part for hire:

The house stands in a garden with a large lawn and trees. In the large garden there are fruit and nut trees. A ca 7 000 square meter field adjoined the garden, which extends to just before the Bodden. Lined garden of 2 large poplars, lindens, ash and spruce trees and bush roses and fruit bushes. On the terraces are planted diverse flowers that bloom according to seasonal. Nebensonnen pavilions donate the various trees such as walnut excellent shade on hot days. On the property there is still access the fountain whose water can worry about an old hand pump for additional watering. In summer there are lots of songbirds. But also raptors and tawny owls fly around at dusk and bats the house.

The two remaining old barns can still originally size of the court guessed. They are inhabited by tawny owls and swallows.

The water of the Bodden is also for poor swimmers suitable (warmer than the Baltic Sea and the best value).

The peninsula on which Vieregge is located is surrounded by the nature reserve 'National Park Vorpommernsche Boddenlandschaft', which offers a diverse flora and fauna. Impressive are in particular the birds and whole flocks of birds that 'stopover' on Ruegen in spring and autumn. With luck can be depending on the season, the cranes observed directly from the large garden. Vieregge located in the northwest of the island of Rügen, surrounded by water, just down the road. Tranquility and relaxation are guaranteed. The Bodden is in sight (300 meters from the house) and the small beach at the harbor you can swim very well or 300 meters at the shallow beach splash (very suitable for small children). The water is regularly tested by the Office West Pomerania and has very good values. From the small town of Vieregge of which lies at the end of a spur road (no through traffic), can be the quiet, very idyllic side of Rügen by bike or on foot ideally explore (Grümbke-lookout tower, Liddower hooks Good Tribbevitz or the ancient churches). But also the famous sights such as the chalk cliffs in Jasmund or Cape Arkona, the northernmost point of the island of Ruegen, offer an attractive leisure activities.
