Spectacular secluded location, secluded garden and terrace, 2 bathrooms, 2bedrooms

The two-storey house with total of 150 square meters and about 200 square meters garden and secluded patio area is built into the hillside. Below are only banana plantation and the sea. From the beautifully landscaped gardens, you can watch whales during certain seasons. All rooms have sea views. Large lobby with subsequent terrace. The rooms are very open, loving details, rustic style with wooden beams. It lead from the dining room and living room patio doors in the beautiful garden. The house has 2 bathrooms, 2 living, 2 bedrooms, a country kitchen and a dining room. The house was renovated in 2008. The equipment is high quality. The finca is located along the main road. You only hear the traffic light at the entrance. A large private parking in front of the house. In 50 feet away is a bus stop. The finca is situated in one of the most beautiful hiking areas.

Peaceful, comfortable, farmhouse with super views and good location

This was a lovely place to stay, away from the busy parts, but close enough to all the places to visit in the north of Tenerife. The location on the main road meant that it did not take long to reach all the key places to visit locally by car. Also, on foot, it was a nice walk into Las Aguas where there are about 4 restaurants. (Walking is on a proper made-up pathway - a little cobbled in places, but if wanting to go for an evening meal, it is perfectly suitable for walking in the dark with a torch),

The house itself, is sort of upside down, with the 2 bedrooms, main bathroom, WiFi sitting area and the best terrace on the front entrance level. Below on the downstairs level, is the dining room, large well-eqiuipped kitchen, TV sitting room, shower room and access to the shady garden.

The kitchen was very well-equipped and had every item that you might need. The main bathroom was large, with a good shower, toilet rolls, nice towels and shampoo and other toiletries etc. provided. The beds were comfortable and there was good storage in both bedrooms.

The views from upstairs were naturally the best and also, because of the traditional thick stone walls, the WiFi really only worked in the upstairs sitting area (not in the bedrooms or downstairs), but this was fine. The little upstairs terrace was very pretty, with lots of lovely pot plants, warm and sunny and with superb views over the ravine and the sea.

For any English speaking guests, it may be good to be aware that the TV channels and books in the house are primarily in German language, with very few options in English..

The owner, Gabriele, was absolutely lovely. She was very flexible, friendly, communicative and it was a real pleasure renting the property from her. Mrs. Baumann, the lady who looks after the property locally, was also very friendly, prompt and reliable.

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Gabriele & Claudia!

Traumhaft schön

Wir waren im Sommer mit unseren beiden Mädchen (5 und 7) in der wunderbaren, großen, toll ausgestatteten Finca. Es gab viel Platz zum Spielen und es gab keinen störenden Lärm. Es war herrlich und auch die Lage für schöne Ausflüge ideal. Besonders toll war der Besuch der Cueva del Viento (Lavahöhle mit sehr interssanter Führung in Deutsch) und natürlich der Loroparque für die Kinder. Wir empfehlen dieses Urlaubsdomizil und auch die schöne Insel Teneriffa uneingeschränkt weiter. Liebste Grüße von Familie Schäfer

Verlängerung des Sommers 2016

Bei unserer Entscheidung in dieser Finka Urlaub zu machen haben wir richtig gelegen!

Schon in der Vorbereitung des Urlaubes hatten wir Kontakt mit Frau Weigel,um den Ablauf und die Optimierung des Urlaubes ab zu Stimmen.

Von einigen wenigen Bewertungen die nicht so positv wahren, haben wir uns nicht leiten lassen.

Und wir haben auch richtig gelegen.Die vor Ort Betreuung von Babara war hervorragend,gleich nach der Ankunft ist sie mit uns ins nächste Einkaufscenter gefahren,wir sind spät am Samstag angereist,und brauchten für Sonntag morgen eine erste Verpflegung,hat alles gut geklappt.

Die Finka ist sehr schön und gut gelegen,im Haus hat man von dem Verkehr der Hauptstraße so gut wie nichts mitbekommen.Da es in, einem Hang gebaut wurde,ist es logisch das vom Straßenverkehr wenig zu hören ist.Die Austattung ist Optimal es fehlt an nichts.

Der Meerblick ist garantiert,das Meeresrauschen ist nicht zu überhören.Mann kann zwei Terassen nutzen,wir haben gegrillt,hervorragende Fischrestaurants in der nähe besucht. Bis Puerto de la cruz ist es nur ein Katzensprung.Bis zum nächsten Sandstrand 5 min, mit dem Auto.

Schwarzer Sand hohe Wellen super Wetter (24.09.-05.10.16) immer 24-26 Grad im Süden auch bis 34 Grad.

Besonders schön der Besuch des Loro Parks,der Tanz auf dem Vulkan bei optimalem Wetter und Super Sicht,Wunderschönes Anaga Gebirge und noch vieles,vieles mehr.Tanken macht freude,Super 95 für 85 Cent den Liter!!!!

Am Wochenende ist immer Markt ( Babara fragen)

Komfort a pohoda

Byli jsme zde sice krátce, ale skvěle jsme si pobyt užili. Dům je moc hezký a velmi dobře vybavený, najdete zde opravdu vše. Silnice je hlučná, ale my jsme přes den v podstatě nebyli doma, takže nám to nevadilo a v noci bylo slyšet moře, což se nám moc líbilo. Vše proběhlo perfektně a děkujeme paní majitelce za možnost být na tak krásném místě.

Immer wieder!!!

wir waren schon einmal in dieser schönen Finca zu Gast und auch diesmal waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist Top gepflegt, sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet und vor allem die Lage, am Land,am Meer und gleichzeitig in den Bergen ist super. Da wir Wanderer sind schätzen wir das sehr dass wir nicht erst Serpentinen fahren müssen um in ein Wandergebiet zu kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die guten Fischlokale im Ort. Das "Sotano" können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir sind dort im Ort auch schwimmen gegangen. Der Strand ist zwar nur klein und Kies aber es ist sehr praktisch da man zu Fuss in 20 Minuten dort ist und das Auto mal stehen lassen kann.Es gibt dort kaum Touristen aber gerade das gefällt uns. Die Canarios dort sind sehr nett. Man hat uns auf dem Wanderweg sogar Bananen direkt von der Staude geschenkt.Wo findet man sowas noch....Ein kleines Paradies.

The finca is situated on Orsteingang of San Juan de la Rambla on one of the most beautiful coastline of the island located just 80 meters above sea level. There is a beautiful coastal path near the house until the town of El Rosario and then on to San Juan de la Rambla. There you will find a small beach and swimming pool. Here also the best fish restaurants on the island can be found. Furthermore, there is a small supermarket, pharmacy, banks, etc. Here one finds little tourism. The population is predominantly banana plantation owners. It is a beautiful hiking region. Behind the finca you will find entry into the Barranco Ruiz. This hike takes you a wonderful way to high to Icod el Alto. In this canyon you can see rare common kestrel. Once at the top has a beautiful view to the summit of Mount Teide. Enjoy one of the typical specialties of the island lying there in the restaurant or the prospect of relegation to one of the kiosks on the grill.
