About Aaron Pedretti
We live just up the road in a house we've just purchased to live in and renovate at the same time, so we're not far away should you need help. We lived at this property for five years and loved it which is why we couldn't bear to part with it and have listed it as a holiday let! We moved to Albany after living in Esperance for 13 years, but we're from Wagin and Bunbury originally. We love Albany and hope you love your stay here too.
Aaron Pedretti purchased this House in 2013
Why Aaron Pedretti chose Mira Mar
Emma fell in love with this house the moment she laid eyes on it (and then the deal was done when Aaron saw the view!)

Fantastic house and location.
My family and i loved our stay at 33 on Stewart. The house was spotlessly clean and well set up, there where even board games for the rainy days. The house is a short hop to everything you could want from beaches, food, parks and shops. We are already planning our return trip.
Stay at Mira Mar Property
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Lovely spacious rooms, beautifully furnished, interesting finishing touches and it catered to all our needs. Location was excellent being close to Middleton Beach, Mt Clarence and the town centre.
A lovely house and garden in a great location and is so close to everything.
It was easy and the owners responded quickly to any questions.
The house an garden's were lovely loads of places to sit an chat. View of the ocean from front verandah. Comfy beds, country kitchen, cool bathrooms.
