This luxury 2 Bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable, furnished to a very high standard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 3 separate balconies with sea views overlook the pool area. The living/dining area separates to create a second bedroom or should a couple be using the apartment adapts to create a spacious living area. There is a sofa and chair giving seating for 4, and dining for 6 should friends visit. There is TV & media player with local satellite TV which has many English channels for your entertainment. The separate kitchen area is fully equipped with all amenities. The bathroom in the apartment has a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe with a King size bed; the second bedroom has two single beds. There is lift access to the apartment and designated underground parking. Families are well catered for with a cot and high-chair available. This apartment is ideal for a couple or young family.

This holiday development is fantastically located close to fine sandy beaches, golf courses and other sporting amenities. There is a swimming pool area with a separate children’s pool, there is also the Corcovada bar/cafe with children's playground and mni-golf a short walk away.

Albufeira, Portugal's most popular resort, has been described as the “Tourist Capital” of the Algarve, spreading from the old town both east and west along the coast, its sandy coves and golden beaches drawing an assorted crowd, from families with young kids to retired couples. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer provided. Linen and bath towels are provided but guests are requested to bring own beach towels. The apartment is serviced twice weekly. A weekly clean, linen and towel change and a mid-stay towel change. There is a lift to the 2rd floor for access to the apartment. Underground parking is provided in the basement of the Block. Block 36 and 37 share a pool area consisting of a large pool and a separate children’s pool.

Paul apartment was really nice me and my partner and two kids age 11 and 14 loved it where already looking at booking again and I would definitely go with paul he always answers his emails

Apartment is excellent, spacious and comfortable. Pool area great and no need to get up early for sunbeds. Paul the owner is great at communication and attention to detail. Looking forward to returning again.

Excellent holiday penthouse.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Albufeira staying in this penthouse in Corcovada for 10 days. The penthouse has everything and more you need, it catered for everybody, all ages, from babies to adults. Attention to detail was second to none. The wi-fi was fantastic for our teenage son and for us to keep in touch with home. The kitchen has all the mod-cons. The extremely large balcony was a favourite with all the family with plenty of space to eat outside, relax and sunbathe on the loungers provided. It overlooked the pool which was reassuring to be able to let the kids go down and you can keep an eye on them. It also overlooks a natural reserve and a sea view. The pool isn't the largest in the complex but definitely more secluded and adequate for everyone. The complex has an on-site restaurant and a new Irish Bar/Restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The owner, Paul, was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. He has gone the extra mile to provide entertainment in the apartment with a media box with abundance of movies if you fancy a night in. The free transfers were very much appreciated and the service provided was excellent both on arrival and departure. The Corcovada complex is ideally situated for all amenities close by, with the many beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, the bustling strip and accessible to the Old Town. We have no hesitation recommending this penthouse and definitely will be back again. Ian, Catherine and family. Dublin.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for a week in august and already planning another trip next year.

Apartment is a home from home with everything you need, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, full size oven and hob etc

This apartment is at the rear of the block so overlooks the pool and has views from the 3 balconies towards the sea.

Air conditioning in every room is a great comfort.

Paul is a very good bloke to deal with, airport transfers provided and lots of information about the apartment and area.

The block is linked to number 37 and share an adult and childrens pool. This never got too busy even in mid august.

We were a family of 4 with an 8 and 2 year old. Unlike others a cot and high chair were provided free of charge which is another bonus.

The apartment has a large bedroom with plenty of storage, and then a 2nd bedroom which is made up from sliding doors/walls in the lounge.

Overall plenty big enough for our family.

The complex is close to many places to eat and supermarkets but far enough that the area is quiet compared to the strip which is only 500 yards away.

We will be going again which is the best recommendation I can give.
