About Vacasa of the Northern California Coast
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great views and beach access, disappointing home.
The home was a disappointment. One of the upstairs mattresses was so worn out that no one slept in it. Three different people tried but ended up sleeping on the couch. The upstairs screen door latch is stuck in the lock position; you could see, on the exterior door trim, how the latch had been picked by many people over a long period of time; we kept the door propped open. The pillows on the downstairs couch smelled bad; we set them in a corner and didn't use them. We were surprised that the house had carpet; the carpet had a lot of spots, particularly around the kitchen and in the dinning area which suggested that the carpet was not clean. When I pay as much as I paid for this home, I expect the condition of the home to be better. I'd happily pay more money for a home in better condition. My family has been taking vacations in Fort Bragg since the 1960's. I can tell you that the views and easy beach access from this home cannot be beat.
Great Home in Fort Bragg
This is a wonderful home with tremendous views of the ocean and well situated for all the activities Fort Bragg has to offer.
Great view of the ocean, amazing house that is well stocked and kid and pet friendly
We loved staying at this house. There was plenty of room for all of the kids This trip was probably our last one with great grandma. She had a hard time going up the stairs but once she was up there she stayed by the window looking out into the ocean with a big smile on her face. The second day she remembered everyone (she has Dementia) and had a great time. We also lost our home due to the camp fire in paradise and this house and atmosphere reminded us of home Thank you
A week in June
We only had one glitch that due to the excellent property management team, what could have been a disaster, was turned around. Simply, the water stopped running. That means no toilets flushing, no showers, no coffee, etc. etc. etc. However, an excellent plumber turned things around in two hours and we were back and running. We, party of 10 and two dogs, just loved the house. The house worked perfect for our group in every way. The location in relation to town and the beech is perfect. The grounds are fenced for children and dogs. The house is well stocked with everything you need and the view is just excellent. Could I complain about little things, sure but not enough to lower it from five stars. Again a shout out to the Vacasa Team. Impart you are why we will comeback to Vacasa.
Nice beach house
Easy to book, and nice house
