Two-storey spacious country house, situated in the green hills of Son Barceló.

2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to the terrace on the ground floor. Large living area with comfortable seating and 46' satellite TV. Eat-in kitchen with modern, fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and large dining table. Adjoining utility room. Entrance hall with cloakroom and stairs to the first floor.

The rooms are all designed with terracotta floors, with each of the three bedrooms equipped with air conditioning has an en suite bathroom. The farm also has a gas-powered central heating (radiators), public electricity and city water, hot water is produced environmentally friendly solar.

The wonderful outdoor area is a large area created, the pool with 5 x 10 m in size and Roman steps in the center of the well-kept gardens, also available is an indoor pool house.

Can Dimoni was completely restored in winter 2014. Double glazed windows and natural wood shutters enhancing the façade. All high quality furniture is new and the beds have comfortable mattresses. With many design objects stylishly decorated and continuously illuminated with discreet environmentally friendly LED lamps.

A large outdoor area many discrete set points of light Add stylish and invite you to stay in the evening and night hours.

Fabulous place

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang durch Andreas und Petra

und einer Einweisung rund ums Haus, verbrachten wir

hier einige wunderschöne Wintertage. Das Haus hat eine

traumhafte und ruhige Lage, ist bestens ausgestattet - uns

fehlte es an nichts. Die Betreuung durch Petra und Tommy

war perfekt. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in

Can Dimoni.

100%zige Weiterempfehlung. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage aber dennoch zentral. Supermärkte, Bäcker und leckere Lokalitäten befinden sich unweit der Finca. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist zudem prima ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wie Zuhause. Das Betreuungsteam mit Andreas, Petra und Tommy waren jederzeit ansprechbar und von der Buchung bis zur Abreise einfach Top.

Romantic country finca between Felanitx and Cas Concos. Idyllically situated in the beautiful landscape of undulating and varied Southeast of Mallorca.

On an approximately 13,400 square meters of land, the house was built in a traditional style and attractively furnished in 1995.

Cas Concos offers typical local cuisine. The attractive village markets in Felanitx, Santanyi, Campos are all good and fast. The Monastery of San Salvador is located in front of the door and offers a magnificent view over Mallorca's southeast.

The largest and most beautiful natural harbor of Mallorca Porto Colom is ideal for strolling, drinking coffee and good food. The nearest golf course 'Vall d'Or' can be reached in less than 15 minutes. The landscape is ideal for walks and bike rides with little traffic. The famous sea beach of 'Es Trenc' drive for about half an hour.
