This beautiful recently completed fully air conditioned 2 storey villa features private gated driveway, exceptional build quality, large gardens and its own private pool (12m x 7m) with plenty of surrounding terrace and sunbeds. The area also has a BBQ & seating for al fresco dining. The villa is set on a 3000m2 plot featuring tastefully landscaped lawned gardens. A pillared entrance hall, with sweeping twin staircases, gives direct access to a spacious lounge,
Internal entertainment includes a Sony 52 inch LCD TV complimented with Sky Satellite and a Blueray DVD. There is also Apple TV which can be used to enable BBC1 and 2 as well as the ITV Channels. Apple TV also allows you to connect and purchase/rent films. The WII game is also connected to the television for added entertainment.
The Lounge has sliding Patio doors leading out to the terraces & pool. Adjacent to the lounge is a separate dining room.
The designer kitchen is well equipped and includes:

There are two bedrooms downstairs. One has a Super King Size Bed which can be unzipped and made into a twin bed and has the additional benefit of a television and a Sky Box. This bedroom also has Patio Doors leading out to the terrace to the left of the Villa.
There is also a twin bedroom downstairs. Both bedrooms downstairs are next to each other and share an en suite bathroom.
There is also a separate cloakroom downstairs
Upstairs there is the Main Bedroom with a Super King Size Bed and 2 double bedrooms which have Super Kind Size Beds (Zipped) or they can be made into twin beds if required. All the bedrooms upstairs have lovely en-suite facilities and plenty of wardrobe space. There is also balconies leading off all three bedrooms with panoramic views across the garden. Each Bedroom leads off to a large galleried landing.

My name is John Cushing and I live in England with my partner and 3 children. We were fortunate to live at the Villa for a couple of years before returning for my eldest daughter to commence her GCSE's. The two years in Portugal gave my children a great outlook on life learning the language and culture their overall education has benefited as a result.

My great friend Julio and his team completed the build of our beautiful Villa in 2006. Situated in a beautiful Portuguese Village called Vale de Eguas just a couple of minutes from Almancil. The Villa is within the Golden Triangle. The Villa is totally private with large gardens to enjoy all the outdoor activities. A 10 minute drive will take you to the beautiful Algarve Beaches with its superb restaurants & bars. Vilamoura is only a 15 minute drive away. The Villa is very safe for young children
with fencing all around the property and Electric Gates at the front.

The Villa is South Facing so for those who adore the sun this is the place to be. For those who like a bit of shade we have allowed for this when we built the Villa.
The Villa is built in a fabulous location only 15 minutes from Faro Airport. Situated in a quite Portuguese Village the Villa is just 5 minutes walk from two superb Portuguese Restaurants. Apolonia Supermarket is just a three minute drive and has a fresh fish and meat counter. This Supermarket also bakes the best bread including the most wonderful Baguettes. Apolonia Supermarket is very similar to Waitrose in the UK. Children will love the Water Park which is only a 7 minute car ride away. This Water Park has expanded just recently and is simply awesome.........until your kids persuade you to to go down the black tunnel !!!! There is also a fun Go Karting facility just 5 minutes from the Villa. There are two tracks one for the little ones the other a full blown professional track for older children and adults. There are fabulous golf courses within a 10 minute drive at Vale do Lobo and Quinta de Lago. The Villa has numerous outdoor facilities such as a trampoline (fully secured) table tennis outdoor pool table and football table and even football goals in the gardens and small ones for fun in the pool. There is also a swing for minors.

The house had everything we needed so we quickly felt at home. The BBQ is top notch which made cooking for the group effortless. This place is great for lazing around the pool with good food but also not far from some great restaurants and nights out. We recommend it wholeheartedly.
This is a beautiful, luxurious, very spacious and immaculately clean villa that is also kitted out with everything we could have possibly needed.
We had some great barbeques sitting on the huge terrace by the pool in the evenings, as well as going to some lovely restaurants overlooking the sea about 15 minutes’ drive away. The nearby Apolonia supermarket is excellent for buying fresh meat and fish as well as their speciality Japanese sushi – it’s only a couple of minutes’ drive from the villa. Also very close is the Chicken Shack that does delicious but cheap takeaways.
The pool is fabulous - large, with wide steps leading into it which is so much nicer than stepladders. I could sit on the steps keeping cool in the water whilst reading and drinking a glass of wine! There is a lovely garden around the pool with shady trees and flowering shrubs which is beautifully kept.
The beds are really comfortable, there is loads of wardrobe space with plenty of coat hangers. The showers in the bathrooms are over baths and it was great to have the choice between a bath or a shower. As well as being very practical, the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful holiday in this villa - I would thoroughly recommend it.
Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location with easy car access to all the main beach areas and activities you could want. Immaculately clean with superb pool and sunbathing terrace, a lovely living area, and comfortable and roomy bedrooms with modern ensuites. We went outside of high season but the weather in March was just perfect, sunny and warm. Thoroughly recommended.

I went with my family, I'm 22 and it was very suitable for us. It felt like a really luxurious place to unwind at.
We really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong outside.
I stayed in a ground room and it was incredible to walk straight outside to the pool in the morning.
The rooms were all beautiful and very clean. The Bluetooth speakers in every room was a nice touch that we used. We loved sitting by the pool in the sun loungers and BBQing. Plenty of seating available
There were lots of nice restaurants and bars a short drive away. As well as the beach and shops. Would recommend going to Loulé market, lots of nice things to buy and a pretty town to walk round.
Would really recommend this place and hope to go back again!!
We had a fabulous family holiday consisting of 8 adults and 2 small children at this villa. It is extremely spacious, clean and well maintained with equipment and facilities for every need and more.Outdoors was particularly superb with a large patio area, large swimming pool and gardens with barbecue, sun loungers, sofas and chairs, pool table, table tennis, and for the children a swing and trampoline. The entrance to the property is securely gated and alarmed. A vehicle is required to get to local beaches and attractions and taxis are quite cheap with a typical cost of 15 -20 euros from Almancil to Vilamoura marina which is well worth a visit. We had a superb and enjoyable holiday at this villa and would stay here again. The owner Mr John Cushing is extremely helpful and friendly.We were pleasantly surprised with a mid week visit where the Villa was thoroughly cleaned and new clean towels provided. Simply faultless .
We've been to the Algarve many times and have been privileged to stay in some lovely villas. This half term week, my husband and I took our 4 boys and both our mothers out - and we all agreed this is the best villa yet! The property is more beautiful than it looks on the photos, with a great garden, fantastic pool and lots of lovely outside furniture (not shown on the photos). Inside, the villa is elegantly furnished with every mod con you'll need. The location is perfect - a 15 minute drive to the beach, the airport and a water park, a great selection of restaurants all around and a quality supermarket round the corner. John has also been really responsive to our questions and nothing seemed too much trouble. Oh, and a real surprise was that we had a maid arrive mid-week to change all the towels and tidy up. I didn't expect that during a week's holiday but it was much appreciated. I can't recommend this villa highly enough, you honestly won't be disappointed.
The location of the villa is approximately 1.5km from Almancil town centre, 10 minutes by car to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, 15 minutes by car to Vilamoura, 15 minutes to Loule. Only 15 minutes walk to Apolonia Supermarket selling fresh fish and meat (Similiar to Waitrose)
