completely modernized - 180 sqm, 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, garden - for 8 people

You live in a spacious and comfortably furnished 180 m² 5-room House with Sleeps up to 8 people and large garden. The house was until May 2016 Interior completely renovated and modernized in January. You can expect from now on a completely new interior (except living room), new bathrooms (with a total of 2 showers and a bathtub), new kitchen with new white goods, floor heating and new windows + elec. Blinds throughout the house. The pictures in this ad are to give a first impression after the renovation. Details such as curtains, carpets, decorative and other minor details still need here and be shortly complemented.

And what awaits you: On the ground floor a 30 m²-large living room with dining area (suitable for 8 people) is located in the bay window and a cozy sitting area overlooking the large 55-inch TV. The house was equipped with a satellite system, so that you receive in all rooms satellite TV. The new kitchen has been equipped with high quality white goods from Siemens. They cook with us with induction (attention pacemaker carriers), which is comparable with a gas stove on the speed. The new oven is installed in a comfortable height and has u. A. Over 13 types of heating and TFT display. We also include a fully integrated fridge u. Gefriekombi Liebherr (with 3 large freezers), a fitted washing machine (AEG) and a fully integrated dishwasher from Siemens with automatic programs, so that you give out, turn and "Start" button have to do. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave are naturally also found in the kitchen, as well as new dishware, and utensils, new pots and pans. You can also find on the ground floor a large bedroom with sliding door wardrobe and double bed (1.80m). In the short term follows in this room also has a sofa bed. The two smaller rooms are equipped with 2 single beds (90 cm) and have a large dresser, flat screen TV on the wall and walk-in closets. The master bedroom is the second Double bed (1.80m), a large, 2.50 m wide wardrobe and also satellite TV on the wall.

The entire house has been equipped with underfloor heating and electric blinds.

The house is located in a quiet side street, yet it is very conveniently located and also relaxing in the green district Biesdorf. The S-Bahn (S5) is only 3 minutes away and various shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available in the street and usually in front of the house and of course free.

Biesdorf located in East Berlin and is characterized by single and multi-family homes. Here you can plenty of rest from the hustle and bustle but sometimes stressful capital enjoy. Thanks to the excellent transport links are yet not far from the city. Without having to change you in 20 minutes at Alexanderplatz in 30 minutes Friedrichstrasse and in 40 minutes at the Zoological Garden.

The house has a large garden where you can grill and relax. If you do not want to cook, so you can reach a few restaurants in the vicinity.

Also on the ground floor there is a guest bathroom (with shower), a veranda with comfortable seating and a large kitchen with seating for 4 people. Dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven and fridge / freezer are provided. Over a wide staircase leads to the upper floor with a bathroom (bath and shower) and 3 other rooms with up to 6 Sleeps. Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist nur zu empfehlen, die Einrichtung perfekt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten mehr als genug Platz. Die Lage ist perfekt, innerhalb von 20 Min. ist man im Trubel von Berlin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (Kaufland, Penny und vieles mehr).Wirklich empfehlenswert. Supernette Vermieterin.

Einfach nur super

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach super. Es ist frisch in hochwertiger Ausstattung renoviert und hat aussergewöhnlich viel Platz für mindestens 8 Personen.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Es ist Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. S-Bahn in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Man ist in ca. 20 Min. am Alex. Ich würde es vorbehaltlos weiteremfehlen und komme bestimmt wieder.

Sehr groβes Haus

Wir haben mit sehr viel Vergnügen diese Wohnung mit zwei Familien benutzt für unsere Ausfluge nach Berlin. Kurz bei gibt er Supermarkte und Restaurants. Auch ist das Bahnhof nicht weit weg. Mit dem S-Bahn ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in Zentrum Berlin.

Die Wohnung selber ist vor kurzem Renoviert und ist sehr modern ausgestattet mit eine sehr komplette Küchen.

Wenn wir Berlin wieder besuchen möchten dann werden wir diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Casa ok in zona tranquilla

La casa è esattamente come descritta e mostrata nelle fotografie.

L'immobile era pulito e la proprietaria Ivone ci ha accolti mostrandoci la casa e come poterla utilizzare al meglio. Sono presenti infatti diversi elettrodomestici tra cui tostapane, microonde, lavastoviglie e 4 televisori e quello in sala dispone di lettore DVD. Ci sono 4 camere ben fornite e piene di luce: una è enorme (quella che i foto presenta anche un divano rossiccio): tre sono al primo piano mentre l'altra al piano terra. Ci sono due bagni: quello al primo piano, più piccolo, ha la doccia, mentre l'altro, al primo piano, è più spazioso e ha la vasca da bagno; naturalmente non aspettatevi i bidet. Fuori dalla casa c'è posto per l'auto e nei pressi è presente una fermata della S-Banh per il centro.

Dall'abitazione si raggiunge Alexander Platz in un quarto d'ora più o meno. La distanza è di circa 10 km ma il traffico scorre bene.

Nelle vicinanze della casa ci sono diversi supermercati.

In casa è possibile usufruire della connessione wifi (a pagamento) e dopo un primo problema di connettività la proprietaria ha provveduto a cambiare Router e quindi poi tutto è funzionato perfettamente.

L'arredamento non è recente ma è tutto perfettamente funzionale e pulito.

All'esterno è presente un bel giardino con tavole e sedie nonché barbecue ma non abbiamo trovato una luce esterna per illuminare l'area con il tavolo: magari ci sarà pure ma noi non l'abbiamo vista.

Consigliata a famiglie numerose o gruppi.

Außerdem ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 350 € zu hinterlegen (bei Anreise oder durch Vorab-Überweisung). Diese erhalten Sie innerhalb von 7 Tagen zurück, sofern das Ferienhaus wieder mängelfrei an uns übergeben wurde.

Nach Buchungseingang ist eine 50%ige Anzahlung zu leisten (per Überweisung), der Rest ist bei Anreise in bar zu begleichen oder ebenfalls kurz vor Anreise auf unser Konto zu überweisen (Zahlungseingang bei uns 2 Tage vor Anreise). Die Kaution kann wahlweise vorab überwiesen oder bei Anreise hinterlegt werden (Rückerstattung max.7 Tage nach Abreise, sofern das Mietobjekt mängelfrei übergeben wurde)
