Large appt with balcony, parking, and mountain views. 5 mins from Brevent lift

Le Beausite is our stylish 3 bed apartment in central Chamonix with pool and views of Mont Blanc. One third of our guests come and stay again - both in winter and summer.

Perfect for skiing or summer, our apartment is 5 minutes from the ski lift and has a private residents pool (open mid-June to mid-September) and south facing terrace overlooking Mont Blanc for sunny days!

The apartment sleeps 6-8, with 8 adults being the optimum (most comfortable!) use of space.

We have 3 double bedrooms (all with joinable twin beds) a large open plan kitchen and lounge nearly 9m long, small bunk room with two bunk beds, and a bathroom and wetroom. We are on the second floor and there is a lift.

There is ski hire shop and supermarket just below the apartments and plenty of transfer companies which run shared taxis from Geneva airport.

We are located moments from the best patisserie in the village for those delicious breakfast morning runs, and right next to some of the best fondue houses and restaurants for the evenings. The cinema and bowling alley are also very close.

There is a 42' plasma screen for lazy days, WI-FI internet access, dishwasher and washer dryer, and ski locker.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Represents excellent value for money as you get more space and better quality accommodation than from a hotel twice the price. Location cannot be faulted - close to shops and restaurants but also within walking distance of the Brevant cable car. Ian was also able to provide us with some valuable pointers and tips which was vital for inexperienced skiers such as ourselves. We'd all definitely stay there again”

Excellent location, excellent apartment

It was our second visit as had such a lovely time last year. We picked Chamonix originally as were dragging parents in law with us to help look after our 2 kids. Chamonix has lots of things to do even if your not skiing and the parents in law really enjoyed it. The apartment is in a perfect spot. Right in the centre of town and right next to the bus stop - so very easy to get to the slopes if like us you didn't hire a car.

The apartment is lovely, modern and spacious. The kids loved the bunk beds. Lovely holiday and may well be going back next year

Great appartment in Chamonix

This was my 4th skiing vacation in Chamonix, and the best apartment so far. The apartment is spacious (for 7 adults), clean and comes with a great view of the Mont Blanc massif.

The apartment is close to a grocery store, great restaurants and pubs and it´s walking distance to the the Aiguille du Midi and Plan Praz gondolas.

The contact with the owner before, during and after the stay was impeccable, and everything described in the overview is accurate.

Clean and a great location

Excellent location to the town centre !

The only gripe we had was there wasn't any ( we could find) Englidh speaking TV channels and a week of the French news in French was getting nauseating 🤔👍😂

Perhaps instal sky or a device to pick up English TV 🤔

Clean apartment and a great view of Mont Blanc

Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be back to Chamonix again

Wonderful property!

Great holiday in a fabulous apartment

This is lovely apartment in a great location in the centre of Chamonix. It is very comfortable and well furnished and has all you need to self cater, with plenty of cutlery and crockery. For those who want to eat out the restaurants are right on the doorstep. It is well sound insulated and we couldn't hear any noise from other apartments or the street below. The views towards Mont Blanc from the full height sitting room windows and the balcony were amazing. The owner, Ian, was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had before we went and while there. We were there for two weeks over Easter and there was plenty of snow fall the first week and plenty of skiing in sunshine the second. It was a great holiday and the skiing in Chamonix is brilliant. We do drive which means we don't have to get on ski buses, but for those who do, they are very numerous and pass very close to the apartment. We were able to park in the apartment block car park everyday which was very handy. I would highly recommend this apartment.

No snow but Chamonix and apartment still wonderful

We arrived in Chamonix to find very little snow and when we left two weeks later there was none. But but it didn't matter. The apartment is in a fantastic location, so all Chamonix's extra curricular activities; great cafes and gorgeous shops, are just a stone's throw away. Of course for the more athletic there is always hiking with beautiful Mount Blanc in the background. However I was content to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the apartment's magnificent view. Curled up with a book in an armchair in front of the pot bellied stove. Heaven!

Our apartment is in the centre of Chamonix village, just a 5 minute walk to the main lift of Brevant. This gives you access to the Brevant -Flegere ski areas (combined these form the largest ski area in the Chamonix valley). There are a further 3 large ski areas each of which can be reached by the free ski bus in less than 10 minutes (Les Houches, Grand Montets/Argentiere, Le Tour).

Geneva is a 50 minute, easy drive away from here.

Our changeover day is usually Saturday, especially in high season. Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am. Linen is optional and is £15 per person (including bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bath mats). The private residents pool is open mid-June to mid-September.

Rates are quoted in pounds sterling and payments should be made directly to our bank account - details will be given once the booking is agreed.
Payment terms: A booking deposit of 40% of rental fee is payable on reservation. The balance is payable 12 weeks in advance or immediately if sooner. Damages (except fair wear and tear) will be taken from a £400 refundable security deposit.
