About Cher Smith
My husband and I call Colorado our home state, but call Washington State our heart state. We have many family members in the Pacific Northwest so we make it our priority to spend as much time as possible here. 3 of our 5 children were born in the Tri-Cities, WA so our roots are strongly planted in this area.
Cher Smith purchased this Townhome in 2015
Why Cher Smith chose Ronald
We try to come visit this area as much as possible, and when the opportunity to purchase this property presented itself we didn't hesitate to put in our offer. We love the location, the décor, the surrounding areas, and the opportunity it presents for us to come visit, yet have our little piece of heaven to come back to each and every night we are here. There is so much history in this area, from the historical grave yards (listed in National Registries) to the town's original jail (now a great tavern/family friendly restaurant), to the Farmer's Market that is hosted every Sunday on the main streets of the town. The natural beauty of the outdoors, and the sporting opportunities it offers is beyond magnificent! There is year round access to Hiking, Biking, Golfing, Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Diving, Skiing, Hunting, Snowmobiling, Antiquing, and uncovering the hidden treasures only found by those who have a love for nature and all it's beauty
What makes this Townhome unique
Every time we open the front door, and step inside our townhome, we are reminded of how blessed we are. Our prayer to you is that you feel love, peace, renewal and rejuvenation each and every time you open the front door! From your first visit, to each additional time you come for a stay, please know we appreciate you, welcome you, and ask continued blessing for you and your family. Please be sure to enjoy the natural gifts this area has to offer, and the amenities that can be found when visiting the Winery at Sundcadia, the great gift shops in town, and the many family friendly places to share a meal. When your day is done, and you are enjoying an evening in front of the fire, or stargazing on the private patio, please remember to give thanks for a day well spent and look forward to awakening the next day to another day in paradise!

Great for families
Great for kids and the pool and pool staff were great
Clean, cozy, with easy parking
The property is exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The garage made parking a breeze. All the supplies you need in the kitchen, cozy towels in the bathroom, and ceiling fan in the master which is always a bonus in my world. We’ll be back
The condo was a perfect, quick getaway. It was very clean and had all the basic amenities. I appreciated that they had coffee and some other basics stocked in the pantry so we didn't have to buy or bring our own. The unit is small, but it was as described, so I can't be too upset about that! The only minor issue was that I emailed the manager with a question on the second day of our three day stay, and I didn't get a response until after we had checked out. Otherwise it was all great and we'll definitely be returning to the area and community again!
This was the perfect place for our girls getaway weekend! Super easy check in and check out, great pool, beautiful setting.
Family of 3 stayed a few days over the July 4th holiday. The home was immaculate and it had everything we needed for our stay. Proximity to the recreation center was perfect. We plan to be back in the future.
Nice, in a cramped neighborhood.
It was very clean, ample bedding and towels and a nice community center. Didn’t realize how close all the other houses were going to be, neighborhood felt very cramped.
This area is where the show 'Northern Exposure' was filmed. In Roslyn, you can visit the original radio station where scenes from the show were filmed. Between the historical cemeteries, to the original jail building, there is so much history to explore.
