The apartment is located in the Choriner Höfe, a new construction project in the urban district Mitte. The Berliner Hof is redefined here with the latest architectural and urban concepts. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a terrace and a small garden. The living room turns into a spacious veranda with soil depths windows and a glass door. In addition to the double bed you can win in a few steps two more sleeping options on the sofa. The Finnish and Danish design furniture persuade by its colorful and clear structure. The light and color concept was designed and created by our interior designer. The luxury Miele kitchen impresses with its design and functionality.
Underfloor heating, air conditioning system, oak parquet flooring, bathroom with bath tub and high quality tiles and fixtures, and innovative light objects are self-evident.

The district around the Rosenthaler Platz has become one of the most popular and hippest in Berlin-Mitte. The Choriner Höfe are a part of it - just in front there is the tumultuous big city life and within you find calm.
the stay at this apartment made our overall experience of Berlin very enjoyable. We were able to comeback after touring all the sights and relax on the patio. The area was quiet, but there are many restaurants just around the corner. We used public transportation which was very close. Subway, trams....
I would definitely recommend this place.
We stayed over two weeks in this apt and hope to return. It is small, but perfect for a couple.
It is close to many good cafes and restaurants. Also, excellent public transportation is nearby. There are no laundry facilities, but there are two laundromats nearby at 109 and 115 Torstrasse. The one at 109 is the nicest. There is a Bio Company grocery store on Torestrasse.
I really don't think it is possible to find a better place to stay for such a reasonable price in Berlin.
The listing description and other reviews are accurate. The property was well-maintained and clean. The owner, Andreas, provided maps and other tourist guides to Berlin, which were helpful. Some of the coupon books had maps removed by previous tenants, so it would be helpful if these were replaced, but not necessary. The location in the city was nice, with many restaurants and food shops close by. The owner was easily accessible through VRBO messages. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!
Our 6 night stay in Andreas' apartment was fine. The place was clean and quiet. Our only major complaint is we couldn't get into the place upon our arrival. Our driver picked us up at the airport, drove us to the address where we encountered a locked gate. There was snafu with the owner's cell phone and I didn't remember Andreas' last name - so we couldn't communicate or get into the apartment complex. Very disconcerting to arrive in a new city late at night. Note to Andreas - provide your last name when you send instructions to clients. Our driver was very, very nice and took us to a hotel where we spent the night and where I could correspond with Andreas to arrange a meeting time for the next day. Once inside the complex and apartment, we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is close to the U-Bahn, to shops, to restaurants - so quite convenient to everything you could possibly want.
Andreas was very responsive leading up to our arrival in Berlin. His son Richard met us and explained details of the flat. Everything was as expected and we felt right at home. Location was very handy to metro and made touring Berlin very easy.
You are able to live in the heart of Berlin, only 10 minutes walking distance from the high culture monuments, such as the Museum island, cathedral, theaters while enjoying the trendy district and luxury accommodation. The Alexanderplatz square is just a stone's throw away. In a few minutes you are at the Kollwitz Platz with its nice shops, many restaurants and pubs. The cultural highlights of the city from here are in easy reach. In addition to two subway lines you have the possibility to go by tram. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The famous Acker Hall, with a large grocery store is just a three minute walk away.
