The cosy and full equipped downtown apartment is tastefully designed by an architect and is perfectly located in the city center resp. in the heart of Vienna. The 65m² sunny apartment is vis a vis the famous “Theater an der Wien” and directly situated at the unique “Wiener Naschmarkt” – Vienna’s most famous market with very nice restaurants, bars and cafes - a fantastic hot spot of Viennese and oriental atmosphere! Every Saturday you can also join the “Flohmarkt” (Vienna’s biggest flee market).
Vienna’s top touristic attractions are very close to the apartment which is therefore the perfect location to explore the Viennese historical Centre (Distances e.g.: Viennese Secession 100 meter, Viennese Opera 300m, Museum-Quarter and Albertina Museum 300m, St. Stephens Cathedral 500m, etc). The next Underground Station is only 200m away. The largest pedestrian zones / shopping streets of Vienna (Kärtner Strasse, Mariahilfer Strasse) are 5 min to go.
Our 65m² apartment consists of the entrance area, one bedroom with a double bed, one living room with a big sofa which can be transformed into a double bed, a kitchen with dining, a bathroom and a separated toilet. Toilet and bathroom are separated from both rooms and not ensuite. Both rooms can also be entered separately (they are connected with a door).
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding apartment for 5 days. I seriously cannot think of anything that I would have improved. The location is perfect. This apartment is located just a few storefronts away from the Nachmarket. Even though it is located in a busy, commercial neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and there is a very reliable elevator that takes you directly to the door of the apartment. The building is very safe with a locking door on the street, and a secure apartment door. The position of the large luminous windows promotes a nice gentle breeze that keeps the apartment cool, even on a hot day.
It is obvious that Brigit and Wolfgang, who are perfect hosts, spared no expense on this apartment! The bedding and the linens are of very high quality. The toilet is located in a separate room which is very nice indeed if your wife tends to spend a long time in the shower. The hot water is supplied by an on-demand water heater--no running out of hot water. The floor in the bathroom is heated. I appreciated the espresso machine that comes with a supply of coffee. The apartment was spotlessly clean--these owners are very proud of this apartment and they take perfect care to maintain it.
We did not cook in the apartment, but the kitchen was very well equipped. There are so many food options that are located only a few steps from this building, that we found no reason to use the kitchen, although if we had a longer stay, we certainly would have used it.
We look forward to returning to this apartment soon!
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for three weeks on our recent trip to Vienna, and it is perfectly appointed and well located close to all the major tourist sights, and connections to the Vienna transport system. The host made us feel very welcome for our early morning arrival, and on showing us through the apartment, everything was exactly as expected from the photos on the website. The apartment is very light, very clean, and very large for a holiday rental, and there is no street noise to worry about during the quiet hours. The Naschmarkt is at the end of the street, and this presents ample opportunity for shopping and dining, and the Karls Platz U-Bahn station is a five minute walk from the front door. The apartment is on the fifth floor, and well serviced by the elevator in the entrance foyer. I would recommend this apartment to any traveller wishing to spend some time in the beautiful city of Vienna.

The apt is well-situated and everything is walkable.
It is convenient having the Nichtmarkt across the street.
Since there are so many food shops it would have been nice to have a microwave and a toaster oven to heat food up purchased at the Nichtmarkt.
It is well furnished and very comfortable and super clean.
I would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I spent 5 nights in this apartment during the 2013 Christmas season. The apartment is exactly, if not better than, described. If you're wondering if it is as lovely as the photos depict - I would say that it is lovelier. It was clean, warm, and comfortable and in a great location. The Naschmarkt is across the street, Secession a block away, the Staatsoper is a short walk, as is the Inner Stadt. With the exception of Schonburnn, we were able to walk to all of the sights we had time to visit. Birgit, the owner, was lovely and helpful and provided us with fresh espresso, chocolates and plenty of information about beautiful Vienna. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and without hesitation would stay there again on my next trip to Vienna.
We always rent apartments when traveling in Europe - this apartment was the best we've ever rented. It was roomy, spotlessly clean, a short walk from all the sights, close to the Nachsmarket and the U-bahn, and quiet. Birgit and Wolfgang were very helpful - explaining everything in the apartment, providing suggestions for things to do, and even helping us arrange a taxi to the airport when we departed. We'll stay here when we return to Vienna!
