Ground floor, 2 bed/2 bath, with parking, near beach and shops

Ground floor luxury 2 bed 2 bath apartment sleep 4 plus baby in cot. Large lounge with 47' 3D Smart TV with surround sound system. Nintendo WII and WI Fit console with games. A large selection of dvd's and some children's games.

A large south facing enclosed front patio with furniture, a large rear patio with 2 sun beds, a table a chairs. The rear of the apartment has an enclosed grass area where the children can run around safely. Fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine. Air con hot or cold and secure video entry into the apartment. Communal pool with sun beds and parasols. Parking at front of the apartment, no car necessary. Near shops, bars, restaurants and stunning white-sandy beaches. Safe, Cot and High Chair available at extra cost, internet access available, ask for price at time of booking.

Transfers and welcome packs can be arranged at an extra cost

Near to lots of stunning white-sandy beaches, shops, golf, fishing, bars, restaurants. Situated very near the famous 'Strip', and The Old Town. Weekly markets in Loule, Quarteira and a monthly market in Albufeira the first Tuesday of every month Loule market every Saturday. Loule is a gorgeous market of the gypsies, where you will be able to find a great variety of products (clothes, shoes, handbags, toys and some handicraft) and also a chance to haggle over the prices. You could spend time discovering the magnificent city, daily market of fresh products situated in a building of Arab architecture and the farmers market, or even visit the Castle and Museum. Quarteira market every Wednesday, this is an old fishing city and holds the oldest and biggest market of the gypsies of the region. You will find a great variety of products (clothes, shoes, handbags, toys and some handicraft) you can also get a chance to haggle over the prices. .Coach trips can be arranged in the Corcovada office, trips include Water Parks in Guia and Quartira. Lots of coach trips to places of interest or shopping. Day trips to Faro, and Portimao. Faro the capital of the Algarve, stopping near the marine and garden, time to wander the long shop streets and discover the past through the historic area. Portimao visiting one of the most famous beaches of the Algarve Praia da Rocha, stopping to appreciate the views of Forte de Sta Catarina, beach and marine. Stopping finally near the River Aarade to visit the centre of the city of Portimao for a little shopping.

Day trip to Silves/Monchique, Silves the ancient Arab capital of the Algarve where the remains of this culture are still visible. Visit the Castle and Catherdral. Onto Monchique at the top of the mountains (902m) the highest point of The Algarve.

You can even arrange a jeep safari day trip. Feel the invigorating energy of a jeep ride in the fields of the Algarve countryside. Crossing rivers and orange orchards, through the barren land you will find lost places and ancient handcrafters. Enjoy the views from the hill tops and take a chance to catch a special photo. Try a taste of honey and medronho (arbutus-berry firewater) and learn a bit about the local life.

As you see we have lots to offer from chilling here at the apartment, going to the beach, shopping at the locals marketing and a little more energy required for the water parks or jeep ride, we have something for everyone.

Area: Golf courses,within a 20 minute drive there are several high quality golf courses such as Victoria, Old Course, Millenium, Laguna, Pinhal, Vila Sol, Salgados, Faldo and Christie Oconnor.

Aqualand is a 15 minute drive away and several other beaches in close proximity.

Fantastic month

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and we were not disappointed as it just felt like home. The facilities were second to none with the smart television and all the other equipment including the big comfortable bed. Many thanks to Joyce again as nothing was to much trouble for her despite looking after Dave. Hope to return next year or not before. Thanks again from Marion and George.

Better than home

First class treatment from and to the apartment. Transfers organised by Joyce the

owner, who met us at the apartment.

The apartment is a home, more than a place to stay on holiday. You what for nothing in this apartment. Like the other reviews, you get a WOW when you walk in. The lounge / diner is spacious. the kitchen has every gadget you dreamed of and room enough to dine six again. The bedrooms are bright and airy. Needless to say, the whole apartment was spotless. You will get the sun all day by moving from the rear to the patios. The apartment is situated away from the noise and close enough for all the action you may want from a holiday. Minutes from the front door there are everything from supermarkets, travel agents, dentist, clinic, bars, diners offering all variety of tasty delights to suit all tastes. The old town is brisk 30 minute walk, however as said, the bus stop is at the roundabout 5 minutes from the front door. Thank you again Joyce for the ease you made our trip. Thank for my birthday card. Please thank the driver, who made the transfer very please and issuing the chilled water on getting into the car. Our regards to David and wish him a speedy recovery. Spacious, clean and modern appartment

We had a lovely time staying in Corcovada and this apartment was perfect. It is within a 10 minute walk from the strip and has lots of amenities within a short distance.

The best thing for us was the close proximity to the other apartments - we had a large group of 13, so we booked 3 apartments and they were all beside each other.

I'd recommend anyone to stay here and I'd definitely return if / when we come back to Albufiera.

Joyce, the owner was very helpful if needed.

*****Home from home apartment

This is our second time staying at this luxurious apartment. Joyce (owner) met us on arrival, even though we had been before, a nice idea I thought. The apartment is very spacious, particularly the living room which I don't think the photos reflect. Having 2 bathrooms is great in the evenings when everyone requires a shower/bath after being in the sun all day. Although we were out every evening with the exception of 2, those nights were like a cinema evening for the kids with the SMART TV and the 3D DVDs and a takeaway from Roberto's across the road. The 3D glasses were also provided. The apartment is about 10 min walk to the strip, which is also far enough away to be away from any substantial noise. One of my favourite things about the apartment is the underground vacuum system, espescially the vent in the kickboards in the kitchen (sad I know). We did not get to stay the 3 weeks that we had originally planned but hopefully next year we will. The apartment and Joyce's customer service is definitely worth a 5* rating!! Regards Lesley

Owner's Response: Thank you for your great review. I am sorry that you could not stay for the 3 weeks as I know that Noel wanted to stay for 4 let's see what next year brings. You say sad about the VAC system but you are not on your own guests that have not seen this before think it is a great invention. I must admit I do like the one in the kitchen. I look forward to seeing you all next year.

This apartment is by far the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Everything you need for a perfect holiday. The location is great and within walking distance to all your needs. Joyce and Dave very helpful and always there if you nneded them. Without a doubt we will be booking bagain for next year. Thks again Joyce for a great holiday

A Lovely Month in the Algarve

We spent the month of March in this lovely apartment, the apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need, in fact just like home, but with sunshine. The owner Joyce was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for her. We hope to book for next year.

Although this apartment has seating in lounge, dinning and patio area for 6 it only sleeps 4, plus a baby in cot. Iron, ironing board and hair-dryer. Safe. Wi fi interntet,cot ,high chair, welcome packs and transfers are available at an extra charge. Linen and towels provided but guests are requested to bring own beach towels (If you are struggling with the weight bringing your beach towels let me know I might be able to supply them for you, subject to availability.
