Well maintained villa with private pool on 2500 sqm garden with mature trees, 500 m from the main square of a beautiful Provencal village.

The house has a covered terrace, a pergola area with barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen covered in the garden with additional barbecue and dining area, private boules court, a large garden with mature trees.

The house and pool are so grown that the atmosphere remains intimate. The nearest neighbors are oblivious. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.

In the lower part there is a large living room with cozy fireplace, dining room with patio doors to terrace, open kitchen with pantry, a bedroom, a bathroom and sep. WC.

The pool is lined with mosaics, has about 10 x 4 m and is protected by a fence for children. The slabs around the pool have been 2015 newly paved with natural stone.

The tennis court (brand new) is 200 m away, basketball court 200 m. I

n the surrounding villages there are several times the weekly markets where you can find local produce great. They will love it!

The garden has a private boules court and a nice table tennis with rackets and balls: Fun for kids and adults :-) :-) :-) At the pool are 3 umbrellas. The pool has a night light and not running with Chlore but with salt water (3 grams per liter, thus barely noticeable and skin and eye friendly). W-lan and free phone to landlines in Europe are included in the rent.

Fantastic property in a great location....

We have stayed at the Villa for the past 3 years - and are returning again for 2017. Villa and garden are clean and perfect for a relaxing family break. Bargemon itself has everything you need - great food and shops....and there is usually something going on. Its a 5 minute walk - up a hill - to the village. Ivan and Jewels are great hosts...would recommend without hesitation !!!!

Beautiful secluded home from home

This is, simply put, a lovely home in some beautiful surroundings. A great pool, lovely linen, perfect communication from the owner all complimented the beautiful village of Bargemon.

The only (TINY!) change I would suggest is a little more by way of kitchen equipment and glasswear, but these really did pale into insignificance compared the rest of our wonderful stay here. I look forward to coming back soon.

heel fijn

Een prachtig huis, zeer smaakvol ingericht in een pittoresk frans dorpje.

We waren met 8 personen, waarvan 2 kinderen en we hadden meer dan genoeg ruimte. De zit buiten is werkelijk schitterend. Je kijkt inderdaad uit over een dal en ook is er goed zicht op het zwembad.

Het zwembad was erg schoon en het water voelde heerlijk aan, veel lekkerder dan water met chloor. De kinderen hebben er heerlijk in gespeeld, zacht voor de huid en de ogen.

Helaas was er de dag voordat wij arriveerden een hevige storm geweest waardoor er problemen waren met de electra en ook de wifi deed het niet. Gelukkig werd hier direct werk van gemaakt en kregen we binnen 3 dagen een splinternieuwe vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat en modem voor de wifi.

Het dorp ligt idd op een paar miuten afstand van het huis. Het is misschien wel goed om te weten dat het een behoorlijk stijl pad is en dat het dus niet zo makkelijk te doen is voor mensen met zwakke knieën of een hele slechte conditie. Desondanks hebben wij het pad elke ochtend belopen om heerlijke broodjes bij de verschillende bakkers in het dorp te halen.

Verder zijn de buitenbarbecues/keuken echt heel erg goed. We hebben hier vrijwel iedere avond het vlees en ook verschillende groenten op klaargemaakt.

Het enige minpuntje zit 'm niet zozeer in het huis, maar meer in de omgeving. Hoewel deze schitterend is, ligt het wel hoog in de bergen en als je ergens heen wilt moet je toch minstens 30 minuten over smalle slinger-wegen rijden langs een heleboel afgronden...Maar tegelijkertijd is het wel de moeite... :-)

Verder hoef je eigenlijk het dorp niet uit. Werkelijk alles is te krijgen. Er is een kleine supermarkt, een slager , verschillende bakkers, apotheek, terrasjes en op donderdag een kleine markt met mooie produkten. Ook hebben we veel getennisd op de tennisbaan en zijn we naar een heel hoog punt in Bargemon zelf gereden met een prachtig panorama uitzicht over het hele dal ( panoramapunt Col du Bon-Homme ).

We will be back

We have had an incredibly relaxing week's holiday in this fantastic and authentic house. Our plans to explore the area came too little because it was so nice to enjoy the property. The house is clean, well equipped and nicely furnished.

It was a pleasure meeting the owner Mr. Chevillotte. He was very helpful while leaving us enjoy our holiday in peace.

We will definitely be back.

Eine traumhafte Woche in Bargemon

Wir verbrachten diesen August eine wunderbare Woche in der Provence. Die Villa Paraiba ist ein traumhaftes Feriendomizil inmitten eines einzigartigen, von den Nachbargrundstücken nicht einsehbaren Gartens. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die umliegenden Hügelketten - man sieht nichts als Natur. Entspannung pur. Das Herzstück des Gartens ist der große Pool, wunderbar zum Schwimmen und Tauchen, denn er ist richtig tief. Das Innere der Villa Paraiba ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, eine sehr gelungene Mischung aus Alt und Neu mit wunderschönen Bildern in allen Zimmern. Die Zimmer selbst sind geräumig und die Betten sehr gut. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu hause gefühlt und konnten uns wirklich nur selten aufraffen unser wunderbares Domizil zu verlassen. Dank des wunderbaren Pools vermisst man das Meer nicht und das Dorf Bargemon ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das schnuckelige Örtchen mit einem malerischen Dorfplatz bietet alles was man so braucht - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige wirklich sehr nette Restaurants, die auch gehobenen Ansprüchen genügen! Die Verwalterin Jewels und der Besitzer der Villa, Ivan, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Entspannung pur!

Ivans Haus ist schlicht großartig! Wir waren insgesamt zu fünft unterwegs und haben uns alle sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Dorf ist idyllisch gelegen und von Nizza aus mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Jewels hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns das Haus "erklärt" - es ist einfach alles da: die Küche ist super ausgestattet (wir haben fast jeden Abend gekocht), es gibt einen leicht zu bedienenden Gasgrill und natürlich den herrlichen Pool! Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und wir haben uns alle sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Mit dem Auto (ohne wird es tatsächlich schwierig) ist man rasch am Strand, in St Tropez, in den umliegenden, wunderschönen Dörfern und beim nächsten, großen Supermarkt.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und können die Villa Paraiba uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen - wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Owner's Response: Vielen herzlichen Dank. Ein kleiner Hinweis für die Köche: im Winter 2016 wird die Küche komplett neu gestaltet. Es kommt unter anderem ein Gasherd mit fünf Flammen und großem Backofen. :-)

This house was built in 1981 by the family Chevillotte, it was placed a great importance to respect the style of the region and to integrate it into the landscape. The son, Ivan, it manages for his parents.

Within walking distance of the village square, where you will find several restaurants within 5 mn. This place is a typical Provencal village square with its shady plane trees. Bargemon is a place with its intact social structures and the typical shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.). In addition, there are numerous galleries, historic buildings and two museums. Tourists are welcome.

In the area are numerous tourist attractions such as the Gorges du Verdon, the Lac de Sainte Croix and medieval villages and castles.

Other destinations: Antibes, Cannes, Saint Tropez, the perfume town of Grasse etc.

Other Activities: Gliding in Fayence

Golf: The golf courses 'Terre blanche' and 'Les Domaines de Saint Endreol' can be reached in about 30 minutes. And it is in the area even more golf courses z. B. at Le Muy,

Ski: The ski areas 'Isola 2000' and 'Valberg' north of Nice is reachable in 2 hours. In good snow conditions and cross-country skiing above Grasse is possible.
