Situation: Javea is an excellent family holiday location. The Playa Arenal has a large sandy beach with play areas for both toddlers and teenagers. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire on a daily basis. Snack bars and restaurants line the promenade and overlook the beach. The shallow clear water of the Mediterranean allows for safe swimming under the supervision of lifeguards
Mundomar marine park, Vergel Safari park and the new Terra Mitica theme park are within half an hour's drive. The coastline in this part of Spain is studded with charming coves and bays.
Jávea Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away and towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole course.
You can fly to either Alicante or Valencia for the nearest Airports.
Just got back from staying at the bolonia apartments .Great for winter ,apartment had everything we needed,very warm heating,toy box to keep the kids quick and sports on the telly.great location.Received lovely welcome pack .very comfotable apartment.Will recommed to family and friends and will be going back ,thankyou
Just got back from week stay at Bolonia apartments. Apartment was first class, clean, tidy and with everything you could possibly want. John the owner made sure a welcome pack of tea, coffee etc was made available, "very useful when landing at airport late at night". The apartment is within easy walking distance of Javea port which has a good selection of bars and restaurants, lovely place to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to both couples and families with children. Many thanks John for a nice relaxing week at your apartment.
We had a great holiday in Bolonia apartment. Accomodation is very comfortable with all home comforts such as wifi, satellite tv, spacious balcony. Location is ideal a few minutes walk from the port and beach. Owners were very helpful with booking. This is our second time at this apartment and can't wait to go back to beautiful Javea
The apartment is very clean, light, with 2 good size bedrooms and a large dining/sitting room.The terrace faces South super for sunbathing. The complex is private well maintained and has a lovely pool.The apartments location ensures easy walks to the Port, Old Town and the Arenal beach.Javea is in a beautiful peaceful area in this part of the Costa Blanca. This property really lived up to our hopes and expectations. It was immaculately clean and well prepared for our arrival and we felt immediately at home and ready to begin our holiday. There were even a few items in the fridge to welcome us. It is a particularly well equipped and well maintained property, with important extras, such as English TV and WiFi, and air conditioning in the bedrooms, which turned out to be essential for a while as the temperatures climbed. The apartment is comfortable and roomy, particularly for four, although it does sleep six if you utilise the sofa-bed. The balcony is wonderful, overlooking the beautiful garden and pool, and catching all-day sun, but with a superb wind-out awning to provide shade when it gets too hot. Everything you might need will be in this apartment somewhere. There are even chairs for the beach, and sun loungers and inflatables for the pool. The washing machine is an important facility in these days of 10 kilo travel. Location-wise the apartment is hard to beat, being only a few minutes from the lively port area of Javea, and an easy walk up into the old town. You are spoilt for choice as far as eating options are concerned and you need never get into your car. We parked ours in one of the many free spaces in the road outside, and left it there for most of the week. The pool is as clean and inviting as it looks in the pictures, and we usually had it to ourselves. The complex seems very safe and secure, and was quiet, though not deserted in October. I suppose the biggest indication of our satisfaction with this apartment is the fact that we have already booked a two-week stay in it for next year.
A well equipped ;well maintained and well laid out apartment. We wanted for nothing and found to our pleasant surprise that all the appliances were in good working order and simple to operate. The air con was a life saver; Sky TV was a godsend and the balcony was well lit ( a big asset if you enjoy an evening read under the stars). There was ample wardrobe space (incl. hangers) but the only negative that I can come up with is that a bit more drawer space would have been useful to lay out clothes. The bathroom was well equipped and there was always plenty hot water for the over-bath shower.
All in all we had a great holiday, only enhanced by the quality and v.f.m. of the apartment.
The apartment is situated a short walk from the pebble beach (1 minute) and the Port area (5 minutes) with its promenade of shops and restaurants overlooking the beautiful bay which leads to the Marina. The Playa Arenal (5 mins by Car or 15 mins walk) has a large sandy beach. The apartment is reached via security gates into the main grounds and via a secure entrance lobby which leads to the 2nd floor serviced by both a lift and stairs.
