We had a good weekend and liked your place well. No complaints at all and will make a reservation with you again on our next trip.
Absolutely adorable! We couldn’t have found a lovelier home to spend our 2015 family vacation. The cabin has everything you might need. We loved the décor. The location was close to hiking, sightseeing, restaurants, and so much more. The owner was also great to work with. She was quick with responses and answers. We would love to stay in this cabin again and would highly recommend it.
The cabin was very centrally located in a small group of vacation homes. Restaurants, shops , wineries, etc. were close by--very convenient. The cottage was very clean and was nicely decorated.
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and neat with a great view. We were not at the cabin much but the location was perfect. We went to Art in the Park in blowing Rock, visited our favorite winery, Linville falls Winery, and had tickets to Oz Fest on Beech Mountain so the location of the condo was perfect for all that. We would definitely come back again!
We thought the cabin was very comfortable for two people and a dog! We enjoyed the deck very much. The grounds are lovely and the duck pond was very relaxing to sit by. The proximity to Blowing Rock, Bass Lake, Moses Cone Park, Boone and many ideal locations was perfect and very convenient. I would recommend this property.
We had a wonderful time and hope to do it again! The house was the perfect size for our little family of four (2 Adults, 2 year old and 1 year old). Audrey was fantastic to work with and was available to answer questions!
The cabin was, as promised, cozy, quiet, and afforded a great view. The cabin's unique octagonal shape was interesting, particularly for those looking for a change from the sameness of cookie cutter hotel rooms. The small community of vacation cabins was an ideal location which provides recreational activities including hiking, tennis, and swimming. The "locals" were friendly and helpful.
The only downside was 1) finding the place; absolutely do not use your GPS, you will end up at a cabin in Beech Mountain. Suggest obtaining the street address of the commercial businesses in front of the property and getting turn-by-turn directions from owner from that point. 2) parking: if you drive anything bigger than a Smart car you will find this a challenge :)
