About Vacasa of the Northern California Coast
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Cozy home with good access to Mendocino and surrounds
Good location, unique building, easy check-in. Nice view of the ocean over the backyard. We explored between Fort Bragg and Point Arena. Nice to be able to cook meals and save leftovers.
Great little place!
This little place is very nice. Be sure to get your check in instructions ahead of time as the listing says. My "Aye Tee & Tee" service was zero at the property and I didn't write the info down. (My fault, I know). Once inside and connected to the WiFi (super easy also) the cell reception was no longer an issue.
The view out front is pretty spectacular with an open meadow view to the ocean with big trees on each side.
I didn't spend much time on the property as we were only there to take in the area for 2 days/1 night. I would've enjoyed staying longer in this home if that was my intentions.
If you're looking for serenity in a very peaceful place, look no further. My teen children (13,15)fought over the super cool loft area for sleeping and even appreciated how great this spot is, inside and out.
Great stay in Albion
Loved the view, the cosy house, access to the ocean, beautiful place to walk, hike, enjoy!
Escape in the woods...
Very secluded and sweet cabin.
We liked our mini vacation there a lot. As a matter of fact our little one asked us if we can go back and stay for a full week. And we are considering it.
Warm and comfortable. Kitchen reasonably well equipped for dining in; I always bring what I need anyway - good pan, spices, tablecloth but this home had fair setup.
Not too far to good hiking or Albion River Inn. We had great weather so views good with morning quail and deer. Only disappointment was that although fireplace pictured it is not useable, otherwise very nice accommodation.
