The house is situated on the outskirts at the end of a quiet residential street with no through traffic.

One can easily in about 6 minutes walk to shops and restaurants in the village.

From the spacious terraces (sun and shade) one has, thanks to the altitude of 170 m lib. Sea levels a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the islands of the Islas Medas.

The nearest beach (Sa Riera) is in 2 min. Away. Other smaller bays (Sa Tuna, Aiguablava, Platja Fonda, Tamariu) and the long sandy beach of Pals (with 2 free textile sections) can be reached in 8 - 10 minutes.

Wir hatten die Wohnung im Juli 2014 mit drei Kindern (2,6,9) für 14 Tage gemietet. Alles top, unkompliziert und die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung TOP! Das war ein sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend (saubere Strände, wenig Touristen).

Due to its location on hills, ranging in some cases up to the sea, the village of Begur has many large and small coves.

Therefore, there is also not the usual promenade with beach on one side and big hotels, fast food and German pub on the other side. It therefore also lack this typical tourists, as we know from the rest of Costa Brava and her fears. Begur is just different!

Alle teuren Versuche, dies zu organisieren, waren nicht erfolgreich. Und das Putzergebnis war unbefriedigend.
Es ist einfach unmöglich in dem kleinen Ort Putzkräfte samstags zu finden. Zusagen waren stets unzuverlässig. Dieses System spart erhebliche Kosten und hat sich bewährt und ermöglicht flexiblere An- u. Abreisezeiten. Ansonsten müßte derAb-/Anreisetag praktisch für die Putzkräfte freigehalten werden.

Der Gast zahlt die Hälfte der Miete sofort und erhält daraufhin eine schriftliche verbindliche Zusage.
Die zweite Hälfte zahlt der Gast einen Monat vor Anreise und erhält dann sofort eine Wegbeschreibung, Hausbeschreibung und die Schlüssel per Bundespost, damit er bei Ankunft sofort in das Haus kann und sich einrichten, ohne auf einen Vermittler zu warten oder diesen aufzusuchen.
