Hot Tub Renovation Project Tentative Schedule: The anticipated Start date is April 29th, 2024.
Project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.
It will be noisy and dusty during demolition.
(The hot tub project will be ongoing throughout the spring, summer, and fall with an anticipated completion date late in the fall.)

Looking for clean and modern accommodations at the base of Winter Park? This newly renovated condo at the base of Winter Park Resort is your perfect getaway. The impressive contemporary features within this unit including granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, a grand soaking tub, stainless steel appliances, brand new Smart 55 inch TV, gas fireplace, private balcony, in unit washer/dryer (not coin operated).

HOT TUB HOURS for Ski season 2023/2024
8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay, this condo offers sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests with a primary bedroom (king bed and a twin-over twin-bunk bed with flat screen TV) and attached bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the family room.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
In addition, you can find a pack 'n play in the closet.

Enjoy the roof top deck which features an over-sized hot tub, gas grills and outdoor fireplace. The building also offers free Wi-Fi

Winter Park Resort includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the town of Fraser.

Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

Perfect location condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo newer and in excellent condition. 2 bedrooms utilized with single bed in one and single bed and bunk beds in other. Very close to lift. Only negative thing was hot tub not working. Very clean and sufficient kitchen supplies.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property manager, Charlotte, is fantastic - took care of everything for us when we needed to add one day onto our stay at another condo in the same building. We really preferred the other unit we stayed in (3135) because of its location and size. This unit is extremely far from the elevator, and wasn’t as big as our other unit. The shampoo/conditioner containers were all falling off the walls, and they need additional towel racks (just like most condos/hotel rooms do). Interesting that the king bed was in the room with the bunks and the queen was in the other bedroom alone.

Family ski trip
The location was perfect. Right across the street from the slopes and restaurants. The property was very clean and as described. U derground heated garage too! The only thing is wifi was almost nonexistent....which bothered teens but definitely not a reason to pass this place up. Would stay again!

This condo was conveniently on the third floor (with access to the hot tub) and had high ceilings which made it feel spacious. The room layouts worked well for our family of five. All of the furnishings are in great shape and clean. Can't wait to stay again in March.

The building hot tub was under maintenance; however, our daughter had access to the adjacent building tub. We brought our portable boot dryer, that would be my only suggestion to make available.
