The garden facing south is very inviting with mediterranean charme, palm trees dandling softly at the the pool, from there you enjoy a nice sea view. Through the bushes lining the property left and right the pool area is private. From the property entrance on the other side of the house, next to the garage, a stairway is leading up to the house. In the house all rooms are on one level. From the dining room with large window you have also enjoy a nice seaview. In front of the living room is the wide barbecue terrace with pavillion and shady eating place, before it a large sunterrace with sunbeds and sea view; a stairway is leading down to the pool. Casa Miranda is very well kept and was modernized completely during the last 10 years. High quality slattet frames and latex mattresses ensure sweet dreams.

Wunderschönes Haus zum relaxen

Wir waren vom 01.11.2015-01.02.2016 in der Casa Miranda und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaften Blick zum Meer und einer wunderschönen Außenanlage, die zum relaxen einlädt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die technischen Geräte sind auf dem neusten Stand. Im runden Wintergarten lässt es sich gemütlich an kalten Winterabende Fernsehen und den den Blick hinunter zum Meer genießen. Auch unserer Hund fühlte sich wohl, da das Grundstück auch nicht zu klein ist. Dieses Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Abstecher in die Umgebung. Calpe, Moraira, Altea, Xabia und Denia sind mit Ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten in max. einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mehr als genug in der Nähe. Alles in allem der Ideale Platz für gestresste Familien und Menschen die Ruhe suchen.

Owner's Response: Wir freuen uns sehr, dass es Ihnen so gut gefallen hat. Gerade im Winter hält man sich doch länger im Haus selbst auf. Das Bad wird jetzt im Oktober renoviert, und macht das Haus noch attraktiver.

tolles Haus, sehr schöne Lage und Erholung pur!

Mein Freund und ich waren Anfang Juni zehn Tage in der Casa Miranda und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, die 3 Terrassenebenen mit dem tollen nierenförmigen Pool, dem Traumblick auf die hügelige Urbanisation bis zum Meer und die schönen Palmen haben uns schöne Stunden der Erholung und Freude beschert! Das Haus selber ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts, zwei Flachbildschirme, Blu-Ray Player und WLan, alles da. Im Aussenbereich waren viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und für Schattenplätze war auch gesorgt. (kleinster Kritikpunkt: Die langen Liegeauflagen, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, fehlten und als Tipp, ein kleiner Fön für die Frauenwelt wäre auch super ;-) Wir wurden sehr nett von dem Verwalter empfangen und verabschiedet und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Also zusammengefasst; ein Traumerholungsurlaub! Wenn wir mal wieder in die Gegend reisen, werden wir hier sicher gerne wieder wohnen! Sehr empfehlenswert.

The quiet, residential area of Benissa is located between Moraira and Calpe. Rocky beaches vary with sandy beaches - approx. at 3,5 km distance is Cala Baladrar, which is rocky and particularly suitable for snorkeling and suba diving, about 3,4 km distance to Cala Advoacat, the beach is heaped up with sand, approx. 5 km to Cala del Pinet, also rocky, from there leads a 450 mtrs walkway over the cliff to the little sandy-beach of La Fustera; the main beach of Moraira (partly sandy/partly rocky) is about 5,5 km distant, to the sandy beach of El Portet approx. 7 km. Little supermarkt in approx. 2 km distance, 2 spanish restaurants are also about 2 km distant; at Moraira´s costal road in about 3,2 km distance you have a large choice of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. In the 9 km distant Calpe you find plenty shops, supermarkets and restaurants - as well as two large, sandy beaches with a pretty beach promenade.
